1 Eat, Drink & More Membership Benefits The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi and The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa Membership of Eat, Drink & More entitles the member to the following benefits and privileges at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi and The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa. Membership is valid for one year and the annual membership fee is INR 13,700 (Rupees Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred only) all inclusive. Card Benefits: Dining 1. 50% discount on the total food bill when 2 persons dine and a minimum of 2 main courses are ordered % discount on the total food bill when 3 persons dine % discount on the total food bill when 4 persons dine % discount on the total food bill when 5-10 persons dine % discount on the total food bill when persons dine % discount when the member dines alone % discount on all beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), excluding premium wines and spirits at all venues % discount at Daily Treats (food & beverages).* 9. 25% discount on the total food bill on Sunday brunch when up to 10 persons dine.* 10. This certificate can be used in conjunction with the membership card discounts and not applicable on Sunday brunch or food festivals. 5. Two (2) certificates entitling the member to receive the second round of drinks free when the first round is paid for at Mix Lounge & Bar at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi. This benefit is applicable on select beverages for a maximum of up to four (4) drinks only. 8. One (1) certificate entitling the member to a complimentary night stay in a Deluxe room at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi during the weekends (Friday Sunday) or in a Premier room at The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa during the weekdays (Monday Thursday), inclusive of buffet breakfast for two (2) persons. One (1) certificate entitling the member to a food and beverage credit worth INR 10,000 for a successful wedding function referral with a minimum spend of INR 5 Lac and above at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi or The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa. Benefits at Participating Hotels in South Asia 1. Members enjoy the same dining discounts on the food and beverage bill % discount on flexible / preferred rate for room reservations.

3 3. Two (2) certificates entitling the member to a 33% discount on the total food bill and 20% discount on the beverage bill when up to eight (8) persons dine at any participating restaurant. This benefit is valid any day of the week except Sunday brunch or food festivals. 4. One (1) certificate entitling the member to receive the second round of drinks free when the first round is paid for at any participating restaurant or bar. This benefit is applicable on select beverages for a maximum of up to six (6) drinks only. 5. Two (2) certificates entitling the member to one (1) night stay at 25% discount on flexible rate for any category of room at any participating hotel. This benefit is subject to club allocation and availability. Members pay on room. Blackout dates apply. 6. One (1) certificate entitling the member to a complimentary room upgrade at any participating Hotel. This benefit is subject to availability and is valid for maximum two (2) nights. Blackout dates apply. Spouse Card A complimentary membership card is available for your spouse. The validity of the spouse membership card will be same as the primary membership. Spouse card members get the same card benefits as the primary card. Terms & Conditions DINING On presentation of a valid membership card, the member is entitled to the equivalent of one complimentary meal when dining with at least one guest. The complimentary portion of the food bill is determined by dividing the total food bill by the number of people dining together on one table and subtracting the resulting amount from the original bill. The complimentary meal calculation works as follows: Member plus one guest = 50% reduction off the total food bill, when a minimum of 2 main courses are ordered Member plus two guests = 33% reduction off the total food bill Member plus three guests = 25% reduction off the total food bill Member plus four to nine guests = 20% reduction off the total food bill Member dining alone = 20% reduction off the total food bill Member plus 10 to 19 guests = 15% reduction off the total food bill The dining benefit is valid for standard meals (namely breakfast, lunch and dinner) and a valid membership card must be presented when dining, in order to receive the benefit. The dining benefit is valid for the food portion of the bill only. The dining benefit may not be available during special promotions and events such as Christmas Day, New Year s Eve etc.-members should check when booking to ensure the dining benefit is available on such dates. The dining benefit is not available for Sunday brunch, take away orders, daily treats, retail, grab & go menu, room service, banquets and private events held in function rooms and other areas of the hotel. Only one membership card may be used per table and only one complimentary meal may be taken per membership card per dining visit. Group bookings holding more than one card may not use multiple cards by separating tables.

4 Bookings are subject to availability and reservation must be made in advance. Children below the age of three (3) year s are counted as free. Children between the age of three (3) year s to twelve (12) year s will be charged at 50% off the full adult buffet price. There will be no additional discount on the discounted child rate. Children between the age of three (3) year s to twelve (12) year s when ordering from the standard al-carte menu will be counted as a part of the total number of persons on the table and will be counted for the calculation of Eat, Drink & More discounts. Only one voucher can be used at a time, per meal period and per table while dining at any of the participating restaurants and bars. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined. To redeem the Celebration Cake voucher, dining reservation must be made and cake order must be placed 24 hours in advance. This voucher is only applicable when minimum two (2) persons are dining. BEVERAGE DISCOUNTS On presentation of a valid membership card, the member is entitled to a 20% discount on all beveragesat any of the restaurants, bars or lounge areas at any of the participating hotels. The discount is valid for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (excluding premium wines and premium spirits). Beverage discounts may not be available during special events. Not valid in conjunction with special promotions or Happy Hours. ACCOMMODATION Requests for using the accommodation benefits must be made in advance, stating an intention to use the relevant benefit. Unless otherwise stated, the accommodation benefits are subject to availability. A limited number of rooms may be available during periods of expected high hotel occupancy and blackout dates may apply in some hotels during peak periods. Accommodation benefits are valid for single or double occupancy. No commission will be earned by any party in respect of rooms booked pursuant to the accommodation benefits, even if such rooms are booked by or through a travel agent. 10% OFF FLEXIBLE ROOM RATE Rooms must be booked through Eat, Drink & More Customer Service Helpdesk between Monday to Friday (9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). Must request Flexible/ Preferred Rate less 10% at time of reservation. Valid membership card must be presented on check in to receive the 10% reduction. Limited to a maximum of 9 rooms per booking per night; not valid for group bookings. Valid in all participating hotels in South Asia. Cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion or discount or dollar value certificate. All requests subject to availability and other restrictions and blackouts may apply. No commission will be earned by any party for bookings made under this rate, even if such bookings are made by or through a travel agent. COMPLIMENTARY ROOM CERTIFICATE Complimentary room must be booked directly with the Eat, Drink & More Customer Service Helpdesk between Monday to Friday (9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). Valid for one night and for one room and one stay only.

5 Maximum of two guests per room. Any member who does not show up for a booking on the Complimentary Room certificate may be charged a nominal cancellation fee as determined by the hotel (members will be advised of this cancellation policy at the time of reservation). Valid membership card, proof of Indian residency and complimentary certificate must be presented on check-in. Valid only in the hotel(s) quoted on the certificate. GENERAL Membership is non-transferable, non-refundable and membership benefits have no cash value. Only one member name per card is allowed. Upon receipt of your membership package, the card must be signed by the member before it can be used. Your membership benefits are valid until the expiry date printed on your card. You must present a valid membership card in order to enjoy the membership benefits. The membership benefits are valid for the named member only. The membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer and are subject to any applicable terms and conditions. The participating hotel and restaurant listings, membership benefits and any terms and conditions communicated in this or any other Eat Drink & More South Asia Programme material may be subject to change without notice. Where possible, members will be kept updated on any such changes through the Eat Drink & More South Asia Programme website, the membership e-newsletters. Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through payment for the Eat Drink & More South Asia Programme membership, a member accepts these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, and agrees to be bound by them. And its affiliates (collectively "Starwood") reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time if it is suspected that there is any breach of these terms and conditions or the membership is being abused or operated fraudulently. Breach of these terms and conditions, fraud or abuse concerning this membership or usage of membership benefits is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Starwood. No commission will be earned by any party in respect of bookings for accommodation pursuant to the membership benefits, even if such bookings are made by or through a travel agent. Lost or stolen membership cards must be immediately reported to Eat Drink & More South Asia Programme Customer Service at enquiry@eatdrinkandmore.in. An administrative fee will be charged for a replacement membership card, which will have the same expiry as the original membership card. Requests for cancellations of membership by members must be made within fourteen working days of the date of receipt of the membership card. Such cancellation will not be effective and there will be not refund of the membership fee until all cards and membership materials including all unused vouchers have been returned to the issuing agent. The membership fee will not be refunded if vouchers have been issued. A cancellation fee of INR 1000 per card/membership will be applied. Membership benefits may vary, depending on the location where the membership is purchased. Subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the specific programme location, a supplementary membership may be offered for those partners of members who wish to utilize the standard dining and accommodation benefits. Lost or misplaced certificates are not replaceable. Membership benefits may vary, depending on the location where the membership is purchased.
