Installation of Front Mudguard (b) Mount mudguard on body panel and reinstall existing screws in location and while holding part up and into body panel. (Fig. -) While holding part in position, drill.5mm (/ ) center pilot holes in locations and. (Fig -) Supplied #0 Screws (long) (d) Install supplied 9mm (long) self tapping screws into locations and while holding part into body panel. Mount Hole Preparation Fig. 5- Existing Push Pin (O NOT ISR) Remove existing center pin location and discard. (Fig 5.) (Fig. 5-) Mount mudguard and reinstall existing lower push pin location. (Fig. 5-) (d) Using part as a template, drill 6mm (/4 ) hole in panel edge at location and 8mm (5/6 ) at location, while holding part up and into body panel. Fig. (5-). (e) IMPORTNT: Make sure mudguard is seated in the correct position before drilling. If holes are too low, gapping will occur. 6. Installation of Spring lip Install supplied spring clip (small) over panel edge hole location with turned up edge on inside of panel. (Fig. 6-) Fig. 6- Issue: 07/07/0 Page of 5 pages
