4 Attorney General Stewart: Moving forward with draft of the new Constitution with all the new changes Workshop will be held next semester Secretary Hart: Please check your s for a link to a survey you must complete. Top Senator for November and December will not be announced until the first meeting in January. They will be joined as well considering we only have one meeting in December. Treasure Middlemas: Senate budget: $25, RSO budget: $13, Vice President Laxson: Remaining Senate seats will be appointed next semester Senate Google Forum is currently being tested and will be sent out by the end of this week Today is final Senate meeting of the Semester President Downs: University System of Georgia: Student Advisory Council Received the feedback forms from the conference which was most positive. Thank you who helped to make the conference successful Office of Business and Finance: Armstrong Police Department Met with the Chief of Police and discussed the following: Police Ticketing on campus Spoke with the chief of police about the excessive ticketing during latters hours (Specifically during the hours the Learning commons after midnight: Midnight to 2:00 am) He informed me his officers should not be ticketing students in that area during that time and work to resolve the issue Expectant Mother Parking For expectant mothers if they need special accommodations which will now include parking closer to buildings, they will need to go work through disability services to obtain authorization from police station to be issued a special temporary pass. Office of the Provost and Academic Affairs: Campus Library and learning Commons The Hours of the Learning Commons has been extended for finals. The hours are listed below: Monday thru Thursday (11/30 12/3) 8:30 to 3am Friday(12/4) 8:30 to 7pm Saturday(12/5) noon to 6pm Sunday(12/6) noon 3am Monday Tuesday(12/7 12/8) 8:30 to 3am Wednesday(12/9) 8:30 2am Thursday(12/10) 8:30 to 7pm Student Government Association: Bi Monthly Organizational Update Goal 1: To Develop a more unified campus

5 Creation of a Public Relations Office: Increased Transparency of SGA Monthly OPC meetings has been conducted for the fall semester Athletic Events: From our involvement in hosting and collaborating on athletic events for the fall semester roughly 830 students in total attended the ones will worked on Creation of the Liberty Center Student Council directly relates to our sub goal of strength relations of SGA with the Liberty Center Campus Goal 2: To Improve and Maintain campus initiatives Bi weekly RSO budget hearings being conducted Informationals for students: Safety: Active Shooter (Collaboration with Police Department) Diversity; New Black (Collaboration with GSA, Office of equity, diversity, and inclusion, and episcopal campus ministries Leadership: Leaders inspiring leaders Promotion of the SGA App students are currently oped in for push notifications Goal 3: To Provide our students with more opportunities on and off campus Boo Pops Allowed students to make treats to be distributed to a local elementary school Toys for tots (Objective 10) Goal 4: To give our students an unforgettable experience at Armstrong Scheduling Having more meetings with the Organizations with OPC allows for student groups to potentially collaborate and plan more effectively Marketing Campus Union Board Sticking to a rigid marketing plan geared at reaching a wider audiences Objectives and Other SGA Updates Objective 3: Campus Daycare Diversity Council established a committee who has been charged to conduct research to determine the viability childcare at Armstrong Objective 6: Greek Visibility Housing has placed Greek letters on the buildings currently housed. Shout out to Housing. Objective 7; Establish Housing Governing Body The RSA has has been reestablished and under the leadership of RSA President Nipuna Ambanpola (SGA Senator) is making great progress to restarting the housing government. Shout Out to housing and Senator Ambanpola. Objective 12: Liberty Center Student Council

6 The Liberty Center Student Council has been making great progress with establishing the foundation of the the Liberty Center Student Governing body.
