6 DETAILING & DEEP CLEANING Our Interior deep cleaning and detailing includes stain removal, leather upholstery deep cleaning and conditioning, wood veneer surface polishing, carpet dry cleaning, metal polishing and surface cleaning of cockpit, lavatory and galley areas. This is a meticulous cleaning and disinfecting of all areas to give a fresh look and a hygienic cabin. Our well trained technicians are able to renew the shine and luster of leather, wood and metal surfaces by removing dirt and grease, which maintains the value of your aircraft. We also provide a well- integrated program of scheduled cleaning and conditioning that includes training the crew for onboard corrective procedures such as prevention of ink stains, wine stains or abrasions.

9 INTERIOR RESTORATION & REFURBISHMENT Epsilon with its vast experience and a team of expert technicians and craftsmen is a full capability interior restoration and refurbishment company. Our co-founder Dr. Praveen Srivastava has deep knowledge of material science and he has developed several applications for aircraft interiors. In our team we employ some of the best craftsmen whose family has been stitching leather for generations, they have acquired their skills as a family tradition and hence not easy to replicate. We have also trained our staff in the fine arts of wood veneer and they have the advanced skills to make complex wood veneer designs.

This leather can be restored to a like-new condition by our expert technicians through a highly specialised leather restoration procedure developed in-house. 12 WOOD VENEER REPLACEMENT LAMINATE & IMITATION SURFACE FINISH We can make your interior into a work of art, just the way you want it. Pick out the veneer of your choice (traditional and contemporary styles, burls and exotics) and the finish you want (full gloss, matt and open grain finish) and let us do the rest to transform your cabin into a completely difference look. The latest 3D veneers crafted to your taste can give the reflection of your personal style to the cabin. Our craftsmen can create highly customized and unique imitation surface finishes through metallic painting and colour coating. Hydrographic printing and latest 3D laminates combined with wood edge finishing can enhance the look of your cabin. We have developed specialized lacquer finishes through extensive trail of material and application procedure to offer a time tested durable solution to our esteem customers.

13 PASSENGER & CREW SEAT OVERHAUL We have the capability to overhaul various types of crew and passenger seats as per CMM and certify them. Under this comprehensive service we clean, repair, overhaul, refurbish and refresh all types of aircraft seats. This work can be undertaken for both planned or unscheduled maintenance. We are able to support customers with spare parts through our network of OEMs and seat spare suppliers. In collaboration with our technical partners, we are also able to extend the capability to modify 9g and 16g seats to meet customer specific needs and cabin configuration.

14 CARPET REPLACEMENT STONE & WOOD FLOORING Comfort at your feet... Standard off the shelf carpets for a quick fix to highly customised carpets, we offer a wide variety of option to our customers. We partner with some of the best hand made aircraft carpet manufacturers across the world and we work closely with them to create special designs and pattern to meet you individual style. We also provide unique designs and carved company logos in the carpets we fabricate. Customised tiling with natural granite stones in entrance area, galley and/or vanity of your aircraft can give it a different look. Stone mosaics integrated in the flooring can provide significant durability and easy-to-clean. You can also Individualise your cabin by choosing from wide range of wood flooring with give a natural look to the aircraft flooring. Both stone and wooden flooring are fully certified and compatible with a broad range of aircraft.

15 PLASTIC & COMPOSITE REPAIR Epsilon Aerospace has developed expertise for repair and restoration of decorative panels and monuments, such as Bulkheads, Cabin Dividers, Meal tables, Side wall panels and Wardrobes, applying paint and decorative laminate finishes. All panels and assemblies are carefully inspected for damage and repairs carried out under the watchful eyes of well experienced engineers. The repaired items are released as per regulatory approvals. Aircraft plastic repair is another expertise developed by Epsilon Aerospace over several years of experience. We can repair damaged plastic cracks, crushes, holes or even completely sheared parts as long as the damage is less than 1 ft. All repairs are carried out in strict adherence to approved repair schemes developed in-house by our expert engineers. 17 METAL PLATING PAINT TOUCH UP Epsilon in partnership with the best plating technology developers in the industry provides an extensive variety of precious metal and premium-quality decorative plating for aircraft cabin interior parts. No job is too big or too small for us to handle, because we handle each project with same care, to meet customers expectations. We provide more than 200 metal finishes from 24K gold to antique copper finish to match the cabin interior of your aircraft. We are also able to develop customized finishes to match your personal style. Our painters can paint composite, plastic and other interior surface in various colour and designs to match your taste.

18 DADO PANEL, HEADLINER & BULK HEAD CURTAIN & DIVIDERS We can repair and refurbish all types of Sidewall Panels, Overhead Bins, Bulkheads, Ceiling Panels, Dado Panels, Acoustic Panes, Scratch Panels, Window Blinds, Cargo Floor and Sidewall Panels, Blow-out Panels and all types of Honeycombed Panels. Our capability includes refurbishment of any type of Wardrobes, Closets, Bulkheads, Doghouse type Storage Compartments, P.S.U.'s and Class Dividers. We can also recover all Panels and Sidewalls with Tedlar or other types of decorative laminate. Epsilon Aerospace can manufacture curtains, which meet aircraft manufactures requirements on Burns and Smoke emission tests. We are also associated with FAA DERs and DARs to offer STCs for our projects. 22 INTERIOR DESIGN & CERTIFICATION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION MATERIAL OPTIONS & SELECTION In partnership with EASA DOA we provide a full turn-key solution to aircraft owners and operators for their aircraft interiors, from industrial design, to engineering, manufacturing, and aircraft completion or refurbishment services. Based on the extensive experience in aerospace product design, our engineering team ensures our designs meet manufacturing and airworthiness certification requirements. Based on skilled expertise in upholstery and composite manufacturing, our team can turn concepts into reality for aircraft or rotorcraft and create or refurbish entire cabin interiors. Our team has produced and refurbished interiors for various platforms, Beechcraft King airs, Citations, Challengers, Learjets, Hawkers, Falcons, Legacy, Lineage, Phenoms, as well as Boeing and Airbus aircraft. 23 AIRLINE CABIN INTERIOR REFURBISHMENT Aircraft cabin management is a complex, specialist and costly subject that can distract airline management from its core business. Some operators manage the process with a complete in-house cabin team but more and more operators have decided to outsource the necessary specialist expertise as required. Epsilon Aerospace has emerged as a one-stop-shop for airline cabin management. From overhaul to refurbishment and from retrofits to supplier management, Epsilon can manage your cabin project on a turn-key basis. Promoters of Epsilon Aerospace together with their EASA DOA partner have executed several cabin management projects in various countries in the past. We have worked will full service airlines and low cost carriers within their budget to refurbish the cabin and help them improve the passenger experience.

24 AIRLINE PASSENGER SEAT OVERHAUL AND REFURBISHMENT Our aircraft Seats Division has the capabilities and expertise to repair and overhaul all types of passenger seats (both 9G and 16G). We have in-house capability and work closely with OEMs and PMA to fabricate seat cushions, dress covers (leather and fabric), shrouds and panels, and arm caps. From full fleet refurbishments to piecemeal, our team can handle most seat refurbishment jobs. We can produce the design MODs and supply quality materials put together by our experienced technicians. We can repair any damaged plastic part, be it a hairline crack or a sheared part, we repair and paint it to give a close-to-new look. Epsilon Aerospace can supply PMA parts like food tray tables, armcaps, and plastics that have FAA combined designe and production approval for modification and replacement parts. We can also work with your engineering department to rapidly create OOP parts, as well.
