2 TORRANCE THE HEART OF SOUTH BAY Torrance is a vibrant beach community strategically located between L.A. and the Palos Verdes peninsula along the Pacific Coast Highway, alongside Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Manhattan Beach. 7 REALIZING THE VISION Del Amo Fashion Center, the largest shopping center in the western United States, completed a multimillion-dollar redevelopment further defining its status as a shopping and entertainment mecca in the heart of Los Angeles.
