5 HIGHLIGHTS Puck handling capability HIGHLIGHTS CLOSED PUCK Fameccanica systems for Liquid Bottling are fully integrated, with a single PLC and HMI controlling the complete system. Furthermore, as the system is not linear, the total footprint in its whole is very compact (50 sqm), allowing to save room in the production bay. Thanks to this characteristic each line can be easily upgradable to get a speed-up of the system, and can switch from a standard configuration to a puck one. OPEN PUCK Our bottling integrated systems are capable to handle both closed and open pucks for stable and unstable bottles therefore, no bottle format change operations are needed. Bottle handling is positive and gentle, guaranteeing outstanding performances, whilst preserving the packaging integrity.
