2 Choices For choices and technical information please refer to The Blueprint Windows & Panels Glazing Roof Covering Loft Gutters KEOPS Wooden frames are standard but you can upgrade to our premium wooden doors and windows or our UPVC system. You can choose ANY window in ANY position in ANY wall. Canopy You can choose Float Glass Safety Glass Double Glazing Safety Double Glazing UPVC system The decorative window bars are entirely optional. We use bitumous felt shingles as our standard roof covering. These are available in a choice of black, brown or green. You can also choose Cambridge tiles or metal tiles. You can choose a loft over inner rooms. This requires extra height or a changed roof slope. Every loft comes with a ladder for easy access. You can choose our gutter system which includes gutter troughs, downpipes, all connectors, elbows, brackets and stop ends. Extra Height Herein we showcase the versatility of Keops tailor made log cabins. Individually tailored for you any size, any array of doors and windows, any room layout and any combination of the many optional features. Whatever the design, from the most popular chalet frontage to the more bespoke designs, a Keops log cabin is ideal as an office, guest room, gym, summerhouse, workshop, playroom, pool house, classroom, shop or tearoom. The list is endless. Completely optional. Generally 1.0m deep but you can choose ANY size up to 4.0m deep. If no canopy is required the standard overhang is 360mm. Doors Doors can be fitted ANYWHERE. You can choose double doors or single doors, either 1/2 glazed, 3/4 glazed or solid. Veranda Completely optional. Generally 1.5m deep but you can choose ANY size up to 4.0m deep. Cabin Width You can choose ANY width. The pictures shown overleaf show the most common widths or price breaks and the various arrangements of windows & doors, but you can have whatever you like. Insulation You can choose insulation for the floor and/or roof and/or walls. Log Thickness All cabins are available in ANY of the log thicknesses. The thicker the log the better the insulation, appearance, strength and weight. Cabin Depth You can choose your ideal depth. The list shows the depths at which the prices change but YOU can choose ANY size in between or even larger sizes. It is easy to add extra layers of logs, ANY amount. Each log level measures 130mm. Partition Walls You can split the cabin into rooms ANY way you wish.
