You do not need show experience to take part, people of all ages and abilities can join in. Have a look through this programme and see how you and your family can get involved. Make new friends, learn new skills, and celebrate your achievements. Don t forget this is an annual event, so if you don t win a prize this time, there s always next year. Best of luck! The Southam Show Committee How to take part: Decide which Sections and classes you would like to enter, and take note of any special instructions. Complete the Entry Form at the back of this programme. The Entry Fee is 20p per class, but there is no charge for the Children s Section. Photocopies of this form are acceptable. We are accepting entries on the day of the Show, but if you can submit your entry form in advance, this will save time when booking in. To submit your form in advance, please hand it in at Southam Library by lunchtime on the Thursday before the Show. Be sure to bring a copy of your form to the Show on the day, together with your entry fee. Grow, make or prepare your exhibits in good time for the Show. Take your exhibits to the Show Hall between 8.30am and 10.30am on the morning of the Show. (Please note, parking may be difficult outside the hall, so be prepared to carry your exhibits a short distance.) Report to the Show Reception and we will check your entry form, take your payment and give you your show entry cards.
