1 OTI Energy AG PRESS RELEASE Lugano, 4 March 2011 Reorganisation of the Board of Directors and the Management Following the resignation of Avv. Daniel A. Böhm as President of the Company, the Board of Directors of OTI Energy AG has in a meeting on 28 February 2011 unanimously elected Dr Marco Marenco as new President. Further, Dr Nicolò von Wunster has been appointed as new CEO/Delegate of the Board and Mr Udo Schiller, Morbio Superiore, as Director in charge of Administration, Finance and Control.
