Utilities consumption considered are electric, natural gas, bottle gas/propane, oil, water, sewage and trash removal. Included in totals are usage amounts for heating, cooking, air conditioning, other electric (i.e., lights, small appliances, television, etc.), and water heating. The usage amounts are then calculated to the appropriate utility providing the energy source. All unit types and up to 5 bedroom units are represented. COST OF CONSUMPTION 10
