Ritz Kids at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain will welcome children aged 4 to 12 to join their camp. Offering daily and weekly admission options per child. The Ritz Kids camp provides a daily-changing activity schedule designed for different age groups. Activities run daily from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. and on the weekends until 8 p.m. When: From 17 th December until 13 th January 2016 Where: Ritz Kids room and outdoor facilities at the Ritz-Carlton Bahrain Price: The price includes full activity schedule, souvenirs and one Ritz Kids polo shirt per child when signing up for a day. 6 Upon registration, I hereby willingly and wittingly allow my child to participate in the Ritz Kids Club. I understand that only children above the age of 4 years are allowed to be left with the Ritz Kids. I agree not to hold The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain or any of its employees responsible for any injuries incurred whilst my child/children partake in the Ritz Kids Club activities. I fully understand that using the Ritz Kids activities and facilities involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death, which may be caused by my child s/children s own actions, or inactions, those of other participating in the vents/activities, the conditions which the events/activities takes place, or the negligence of the releases named below; and that there maybe other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time. I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages my child/children incur as a result of sing the Ritz Kids Club facilities and activities. I waive any legal recourse arising from my child s/children s participation and understand and agree that my child/children are registering entirely at his/her own risk. I hereby release, discharge and covenant not to prosecute The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain, its employees, other participants, and, if applicable, owners of premises on which the facility takes place from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages, on my account caused operations and future agree that if, despite, this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk, I or anyone on my releases from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, which any may incur as the result such claim. I have read the RELEASE AND LIABILITY WAIVER, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it feely and with out any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it to be complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extend allowed by law and agree if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
