H4356). All fares are in Australian currency. Your booking contract is with Australian Pacific Touring Pty Ltd (APT), and incorporates all of the following terms and conditions. APT recommends that you read and understand your contract, and ask APT or your travel agent if you require any clarification. *SuperDeal 2 Offers 2016 A limited number of SuperDeal 2 offers are available on all itineraries. All SuperDeal 2 offers are available until 31 October 2015 unless sold out prior. Limited suites/cabins/staterooms/rooms on set departures and subject to availability. Offers may be withdrawn at anytime. Only one SuperDeal 2 Offer per person applies and cannot be combined with any other offer, unless specified. All Offers Including Airfares (1, 2, 3, 4 & 5) Flights are based on wholesale airfares in economy class (W class) with Singapore Airlines depending on routing (or another airline of APT s choosing) from Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth. Flights must be booked by APT. All offers are subject to availability of airline and booking class. Once class is sold out surcharges apply. A non refundable deposit of $1,000 per person is due within seven days of booking. A second non-refundable deposit of $2,000 per person is due by 31 October However, if fares increase and/or changes in ticketing requirements occur, the second deposit may be required earlier. Deposit amounts vary when booking Grand Rail Journeys, please enquire for details. Final payment is due 100 days prior to the tour s departure date. All air is ticketed upon receipt of the first deposit. Any changes made after ticketing may incur an amendment and/or cancellation fee and, in some cases, tickets are non-refundable. Air taxes vary for each departure point and routing of airline and are subject to change. Fuel surcharges are subject to change and an additional fuel surcharge may apply.
