3 PART I GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. This tariff has been implemented by the Management decision on December, 11th All rates mentioned in this Tariff are given in Polish Zloty (PLN) and are valid from January, 1st All mentioned rates are net and will be increased by a VAT rate, calculated in accordance with the current regulations. 4. Charges of this price list are valid unless parties contracting service agreed otherwise. 5. Services will be rendered by Gdański Terminal Kontenerowy SA (GTK) on the basis of electronic orders from the customers submitted in the operational program SOTeK. 6. ISO containers larger than 20 shall be charged as 40 containers. 7. Handling of the land means of transport will be available between 7 am to 11 pm from Monday to Friday and from 7 am to 3 pm on Saturdays. 8. For calculation of due charges the weight of cargo will be rounded up to the nearest higher multiple of 100 kg. 3

Charges for handling of container are applicable after the entire handling operations is completed. Moving of container from the port stack to stuffing, stripping, customs inspection, veterinary inspection, phyto/sanitary inspection, scanning, tallying, sampling, washing, repairing, weighting, etc. or vice versa includes: - opening and closing of container s door C. Detailed information concerning IMO goods are specified in item 119 of Part IX of this Tariff D. Above mentioned rates do not apply when container line introduces their own THC (Terminal Handling Charges). 6 Empty platform containers (flatracks) piled up in one set will be treated during service and manipulation as one full container. Railway service at GTK includes: issuing of documents R25 and R27 and shifting the wagon from the rail station to GTK terminal and vice versa. Four hours free of charge for wagon holding. 6

7 PART VI STORAGE OF CONTAINERS Item 112 The first 7 days of storage for empty and laden containers are included in handling charge. Item 113 After expiry of free of charge period the next 4 days will be charged: PLN 6,00 per 20` cntr and day PLN 12,00 per 40`cntr and day Item 114 Thereafter the above charges to be increased by 50%. PART VII STUFFING OR STRIPPING OF CONTAINERS WITH CARS AND MOTORBIKES Item 115 Stuffing or stripping of containers with passenger cars and motorbikes: passenger car PLN 132,00 / per item motorbike PLN 67,00 /per item Notes A. Charges for stuffing or stripping of container with inoperative passenger car or motorbike, which require of using additional handling equipment will be risen by 100%. B. Charges for stuffing or stripping of container with slung passenger cars or motorbikes will be risen by 100%. C. The above rates do not include extra lashing which will be charged according to actually used labour hours and lashing materials. D. Storage of passenger cars or bikes and services for trucks and special vehicles subject to a separate agreement. PART VIII GENERAL CARGO Item 116 For stuffing or stripping of containers: PLN 44,00/ton - not-unitized cargo PLN 36,00/ton - unitized cargo PLN 50,00/ton not-unitized and unitized cargo over 4 tons/unit 7

8 Stuffing or stripping of oversized cargo, overweighed cargo and metallurgical products will be quoted separately. Unitized cargo is understood as cargo in cargo units (e.g. on pallets, in packets, on slings, in big bags, boxes weighing over 500 kg a piece, grates weighing over 500 kg a piece but up to 4 tons a piece) whose throughput and loading/unloading is possible in a mechanical manner without additional handling activities or materials and not hampering the pace of throughput work. Not-unitized cargo is understood as all cargo in bulk (without packaging) such as: bags, cardboard boxes, boxes weighing below 500 kg a piece, packages weighing 500 kg a piece but up to 4 tons a piece. For the handling of general cargo, which spatial factor is greater than 5 (cbm/mt), the main rate will be increased by the addition of 30%. Notes The above rates include: A. inspection of external condition of cargo packing in the warehouse /yard, B. preparation of damage report in case of cargo damage in the presence of concerned parties, C. opening or closing container s door, D. usual lashing or unlashing of the cargo within the container (without using lashing materials). The above rates do not include extra lashing which will be charged according to actually used labour hours and lashing materials. The above rates are applicable to the below mentioned operations: reloading from truck or railway wagon into container or vice versa, reloading from the warehouse/yard into container or vice versa, reloading from container to container. Item 117 Handling of general cargo from the mean on land transport to the warehouse /yard (cargo for stuffing into containers) or handling from the warehouse /yard to mean of land transport (cargo stripped from container): PLN 40,00/ton not-unitized cargo PLN 28,00/ton unitized cargo PLN 50,00/ton not-unitized and unitized cargo over 4 tons/unit Storage charges: From 1st to 7 day of storage: - in warehouse/ on square / under shelter: PLN 0,20/ton and day. From 8 day of storage: 8

9 - in warehouse : PLN 1,00/ton and day, - on square: PLN 0,50/ton and day, - under the shelter: PLN 0,60 / ton and day. PART IX ADDITIONAL CHARGES Item 118 For services ordered and performed on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays the following additional charges will be levied: Saturdays: 50%. Sundays and Holidays: 100%. Solemn Public Holidays: 150%. The surcharge is counted from the beginning of port s first shift. First Shift starts on the previous day at hours. Notes The following days are treated as Solemn Public Holidays: a) New Year. b) First day of Easter. c) May 3 rd. d) November 11 th. e) Christmas Eve (Dec. 24 th ) from hours. f) First day of Christmas. g) New Year s Eve (Dec.31 st ) from hours. Item 119 For handling hazardous goods class 1-5 IMO charges to be increased by 100 %. The above hazardous cargo surcharge covers compulsory assistance of the land Fire Brigade. Prior acceptance any kind of dangerous goods is to notify GTK minimum 24 hours before arrival is required: Import: Shipping Agent notifies the dangerous cargo to the Port Dispatcher, the Port Master s Office, VTS Zatoka Gdańska and provide with a copy of Dangerous Cargo Manifest to GTK. Export: Orderer notifies the dangerous cargo to the Port Dispatcher and provide with a copy of Dangerous Goods Declaration to GTK. 9

10 IMO Classes 1 / 6.1 / 6.2 / 7 can be accepted only after receiving the written confirmation from GTK. PART X LABOUR CHARGES Item 120 Labour charges: Labourer (irrespective of rank): PLN 62,00 /per commenced working hour. Forklift (up-to 2,5t of lifting capacity) with operator: PLN 180,00 /per commenced working hour. Forklift (from 2,5t up-to 10t of lifting capacity) with operator: PLN 210,00/per commenced working hour. Notes A. Labour hour rates are applicable to: - Operations of customs inspection, phyto/sanitary inspection, veterinary inspection, or sampling. - Stoppage of operations of loading, unloading and all kinds of handling. - All services not covered by tariff rates. 10
