Who qualifies for the subsidised rate? People who are: over 65 years old, or disabled, or at risk of falling due to illness or other factors. The service is available to home owners and tenants. Please note that there are some limitations on the work we can do for tenants.
3 What is the subsidised rate? The cost of materials that are used, plus a subsidised rate of 13 per hour with a 1 hour minimum charge.* A free estimate will be given prior to the work being carried out. If you cannot afford the charge, please contact us as we may still be able to assist you. What about those who do not qualify? We can still assist you at non-subsidised rates with: free call out and quotes fixed price for larger jobs minimum 1 hour charge discounts available for half day and full day rates.
