4 About Us Hasçelik, with its mission to play a key role in special steel industry, seeks to meet the demands of its clients under the most competitive conditions thanks to its state of the art manufacturing facilities. Hot Rolled Special Steel Manufacturing Hasmil Special Steel Rolling Mill is a high tech full-continuous production facility in Turkey. Thanks to its most modern, integrated Surface Crack Control and Ultra Sonic Control Lines, Hasçelik is capable of providing %100 crack detected material and proudly stands among the top special steel manufacturers of Europe. Founded in 2008, Hasmil Special Steel Rolling Mill has a production capacity of tons per year. Bright Steel Manufacturing Bright Steel Materials are technically more advanced compared to hot rolled products in terms of tolerances. In Hasparlak bright steel production center, with peeling, grinding, shot blasting, cold drawing, coil drawing and chamfering processes, materials are more precisely treated. Thanks to these processes, Hasçelik clients save from labor cost, production and time losses. Integrated crack control lines enable the provision of fully-crack-detected cold drawn, peeled or grinded bars. Besides Hasparlak brand, Hasotomat free cutting steels are also manufactured in this center in hexagonal or round forms. Including the capacity of Hasçelik Konya Bright Steel Production Center, Hasparlak, facilities have a capacity of tons per year. Special Steels & Seamless Pipes Sales And Distribution Hot rolled Hasmil special steel, Hasparlak cold processed steel, Hasotomat free cutting steel and Hasboru branded seamless pipes provided from world-class manufacturers and Hasithal imported steels constitute the broad range of Hasçelik product portfolio. Special steel which is a sign of welfare in industrialized countries is a widely used material in automotive, defence, household appliances, machine manufacturing, aviation and oil-gas industries. Hasmil Special Steels, are produced to meet national and international demands from vacuum degassed billets in shapes of round (Ø mm), square (12x12 150x150 mm), flat (40x10 255x70 mm), hexagonal (Hex 23,5 85 mm) with very high reduction ratios. 12 Hasparlak bright steel production center plays a major role in industries of its presence with a principle of becoming an internationally approved special steel manufacturer. Our products provide high quality semi-finished inputs for automotive, household appliances, machine manufacturing, aviation, defence and oil& gas industries. Hasparlak bright steel products are manufactured with cold processing following hot rolled treatment process. Hasparlak inputs are provided from Hasmil Special Steel Rolling Mill which creates sustainable high quality for cold processed Hasçelik products. Reasons for preferability of Bright Steel Low labor requirement during processing Low rate of loss in machining Smoother end-surface than hot rolled More precise in terms of tolerances and lengths Cold drawing, peeling and grinding are the three main processes of Hasparlak bright steel production center. Cold drawn materials have much lower rate of loss and more advanced mechanical values. Peeled materials on the other hand come out of production totally surface crack - free. 14 High quality imported free cutting steel from premium European producers (Ø5-70 mm, Hex 6-60 mm) are processed in Hasçelik s Hasparlak bright steel production center and delivered to national and international clients under the brand of Hasotomat. Reasons for preferebility of Free Cutting Steels High speed cutting Time saving from processing Long lifetime of processing equipments Better surface quality Lower cost of cutting & energy saving Hasotomat branded steels have h9 standard size tolerance, maximum 0,5 mm/meter straightness, both sides chamfered and kg packaging weight in standard lengths. Leaded or unleaded products can optionally be manufactured %100 crack controlled. 12

16 Hasithal branded products are imported from leading steel producers of the world with standards of EN DIN SAE AFNOR-BS etc. based on special technical specifications of our clients. Hasithal materials imported from a wide range of suppliers; Western Europe to Far East, can be delivered with ultrasonic and surface crack controlled. Hasithal contains a large variety of products in terms of quality and diameter. According to quality; High quality heat treatable steels, Case hardening steels, Carbon steels, Free cutting steels Micro alloyed steels are regularly imported Hasithal branded products in below diameters; Coils (Ø5-42 mm) Hot Rolled or roughly turned (Ø mm) Forged (Ø mm) stocked. Moreover, in order to fulfill the demands of it clients, materials with special specifications or as heat treated can be supplied. 14

Standards include: Hot Rolled Seamless Tubes (EN ) High pressure and heat resistant Tubes (EN ) Cold Drawn Seamless Tubes (EN ) Oil & Gas Tubes (API 5L PSL2) Drilling and Casing Pipes (API 5CT, API 5D) High Temperature Seamless Steel Tubes (ASTM A106) Depending on customer requirements, tubes with alternative grades such as 16Mo3, 41Cr4 and 4140 are also provided. In addition to round tubes, square and rectangular seamless tubes are also included in our product portfolio. 16

Hasçelik employees with a vision of sustainable quality, contribute to these efforts in line with standards to improve and fulfill quality expectations. To this aim in Hasçelik: ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate is possessed since 2007 OHSAS Occupational Health and Safety Management System is active since ISO Information Security Management System preparations continue and aimed to be certified in Preparations for TS ISO Quality Management System started. In order to improve and ease documentation management, Correctional and Preventative Measures and Client Feedback Assessment processes, QDMS Integrated Management Systems is started to be used. 18

22 Occupational Health And Safety-Environment Policy Hasçelik and all its affiliates, in their activities, put special attention on the most valuable of all; human and environment. Within this framework, a management policy based on occupational health and safety and environment standards have long been adopted. In line with our occupational safety and health and environment standards (OSH-E); - We work in accordance with applicable local and national legislation and standards. - We set targets and apply performance management practices. - In all our activities, we commit and aim the prevention of physical injuries and health problems. In line with this principle, we constantly perform risk assessment and take necessary preventative measures to be examined routinely - In all our activities, we commit the prevention of environmental pollution. We assess our environmental impact, take protective measures and examine the progress. - We follow technological improvements in occupational health and safety and environment standards (OSH-E) and apply necessary measures. - In order to build and improve awareness of OSH-E among our employees and third-parties, we organize trainings, participation and communication activities. - We constantly observe and examine our management system and improve our practices. 20
