It is also important to note that we do not insure cargo against loss or damage, this is the responsibility of the Shipping & Air Lines. We advise exhibitors to obtain their own comprehensive insurance cover prior to departure of their goods from origin. All services and business transactions undertaken are done in accordance with our standard terms and conditions, a copy of which is available on request.

CONSIGNEE (ON AWB, B/L & DOCUMENTS) Consignee details given on request NOTIFY (ON AWB & B/L) Notify details given on request DO NOT CONSIGN GOODS TO THE ORGANIZER OF THE SHOW, which may result in the delay or possible non-clearance of your cargo. The above dates are SITE arrival guidelines. The Latest Arrival Deadline is not flexible and any shipments arriving after the above mentioned dates will incur late arrival penalties (please see tariff for charges) Port Storages, Line Detention and Container Demurrage will be provided on a case by case basis as these charges vary from carrier to carrier. All Port Storage/Airline Storage, Line Detention and Container demurrage billed outside the Free Period will be invoiced back to sender/shipper.

3 CUSTOMS DOCUMENTATION Commercial Invoice Invoice attested by the local chamber of commerce Consigned exactly as per the Airway Bill / Bill of Lading. Must be in English. Show number & description of items. Value of each item and Total CIF Value Serial/Model numbers for duty reclaim. Original signature and company stamp. If invoices are not attested then shipment will not clear customs and will be returned to origin / destroyed. Each invoice must include the following paragraphs, appropriate to the goods you are sending. We certify that items (1*) are manufactured by (company name*), (address*). We certify that the literature is printed/published by (company name*), (address*). We certify that the above is true and correct, and the goods referred to are of (*) origin. We certify that no labour, capital, parts or raw materials of Israeli origin have been used in the printing, publishing or manufacture of these goods, and none are part or parent companies of firms included on the Israeli Boycott Blacklist. Substitute appropriate wording in place of (*). Packing List A detailed packing list should be provided, and must show the following. Contents of each case. Weight of each case. Dimensions of each case. Serial/Model numbers if any. Certificate of Origin Each shipment must be accompanied by an original legalized Certificate of Origin (C of O) and legalized commercial invoice, issued by the nearest Chamber of Commerce from Country of Origin. We cannot begin customs clearance without these documents. The details on the C of O (consignee, weight, pieces, and origin) must correspond with those shown on the other documentation. Also see appendix 1.1 at the end of this document. Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO) Certain goods require S.A.S.O. certificates before customs will allow them into the Kingdom. These goods include, but are not limited to the following. Electrical items, Paints, Varnishes, Cars, Gold & Silver. For current listings please see appendix 1.2 at the end of this document These requirements change regularly so please check with your local Chamber of Commerce Exhibition goods are not exempted from this requirement. Please check with your local Chamber of Commerce for more details.

4 DISTRIBUTION OF DOCUMENTS Seafreight Invoice 1 legalized original & 5 copies. Packing List 1 original & 5 copies. Bill of Lading 2 originals & 1 copy. Cert. of Origin 1 legalized original. Copies to be ed to SITE Event Logistics dean@siteeventlogistics.com Airfreight Invoice 1 legalized original & 5 copies. Packing List 1 original & 5 copies. Cert. of Origin 1 legalized original. Attach documents to AWB, and copies to the above in Dubai in advance of shipment. Original Bills of Lading and Airway Bills should be issued to the port of arrival. PACKING All cargo will be subject to a rigorous customs examination on import and export. Therefore packing must be of a high standard with cases that can be easily opened and re-sealed. Cardboard cartons are not recommended. All packing must comply with Saudi Port Authority rules, i.e. loose cargo must be palletized, with no individual piece exceeding 2000 kilos gross weight. CASE MARKING The following markings should appear on all packages: Name of Exhibition Name of Exhibitor Stand Number.. Case Number Gross weight (kgs).. Dimensions (cms).... Reproduction on any case of the Saudi Government mark or human or animal form is strictly forbidden. **ALL PRODUCTS SHOULD HAVE EMBOSSED OR FIXED WITH PERMANENT STICKER THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN AND SERIAL NUMBER IF THIS IS NOT MENTIONED THEN CUSTOMS WILL REJECT, ISSUE A FINE (PASSED ON AT COST) AND MAY PROHIBIT THE SHIPMENT ENTRY TO KSA**

5 CUSTOMS DUTY There are no temporary import facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all cargo is subject to import duty of 5-20% CIF value. In order that we may pay the duty on your behalf, we require you to advance 12% of the CIF value of your cargo. DUTY REFUNDS Some high value shipments can be imported on a duty deposit basis. IF KSA Customs grants this, then it is possible to reclaim the duty when the goods are re-exported. The refund is entirely at the discretion of the inspecting officer, but if the following guidelines are adhered to there will be a better chance of a successful reclaim. Goods and documents MUST show a serial/model number. Duty will not be refunded on any items that do not have this on both the item and corresponding documentation. These serial numbers must be embossed or plated, stickers are not allowed. Cargo must arrive within our stated deadlines, and documentation must be 100% correct. The reclaim amount must be more than US$ 850 otherwise the process is uneconomical. The cargo must be re-exported via the same port and mode of transport as used for importation. The cargo must be re-exported immediately, and cannot be held in Kingdom for private demos, etc. Duty refund amounts are calculated by Saudi Customs on FOB values, even though duty payments are made on CIF values. The refund system is a lengthy procedure, and can take up to 8 months to complete. It also slows down the re-export process; you must bear this in mind if you need your cargo urgently after the exhibition. SITE Event Logistics Charge 15% (Min. Charge US$ ) of the TOTAL amount refunded, this is to cover admin expenses and the physical time taken to complete the required documentation. TERMS OF PAYMENT If the service of our recommended agent in your country is used, all handling charges should be paid to them. 6 INFORMATION FOR IMPORTS The importation of alcohol, in any form, is strictly prohibited. Saudi Customs have been known to confiscate literature to support the Saudi printing industry. Whilst we strongly discourage hand-carrying goods into the Kingdom, it is a good idea that your representative takes a supply of literature to guard against this eventuality. In some instances Saudi Customs may decide that literature requires Ministry approval. This can delay clearance by 2 to 3 weeks. Should publications contain interviews with the Ruling Royal Family, they will have to be submitted for Ministry approval. This will delay clearance, and will involve additional costs. Do not send foodstuffs for hospitality purposes. Items such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, etc. can be purchased locally. Certain goods are restricted for import into the Kingdom and are subject to approval. Please contact us if you intend sending any of these: Fertilizers ~ Chemicals ~ Seeds ~ Plants ~ Grains ~ Animal Feeds ~ Animals ~ Defense & Military Equipment ~ Communications Equipment ~ All Hazardous Cargo. Saudi Arabia is a strict Islamic State and the following are considered offensive. Pictures of women working or with men ~ References to Islam ~ 3D representations of human or animal life forms ~ Pictures or references to Saudi Arabia, pigs, alcohol. HIGH VALUE IMPORTS JEWELLERY AND WATCHES SITE Event Logistics cannot guarantee the import of these products on a temporary basis, should you wish to avail temporary admission the documentation and shipment much reach its port of entry a MINIMUM of 3 working weeks prior to the show. In the event of Temporary Admission being granted the FULL shipment must be re-exported within 1 month from import to guarantee SOME refund from Customs. We cannot guarantee the time it will take or the amount of refund from customs. If you are hand carrying your exhibits, we CANNOT get involved at the airport on your arrival should you be stopped as this is strictly against customs regulations (please also refer to Hand Carry Section in this document) we suggest you carry an original invoice, packing list and certificate of origin with you if you intend to hand carry. Customs are more than likely to request other documents from you but these vary on a case by case basis. ***SOME JEWELLERY AND WATCHES ARE SUBJECT TO SASO CERTIFICATION RULES PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE PRIOR TO SHIPPING/HAND CARRYING YOUR EXHIBITS*** VIDEOS, FILMS, CD-ROMS ETC. These are subject to censorship and should be sent by courier 5 weeks before the exhibition for more information please contact dean@siteeventlogistics.com

7 STAND PLAN If you have large machinery or heavy exhibits, please provide us with a stand plan so that we may position your cases accordingly. Failure to send this prior to move in SITE Event Logistics will place the item on the booth as we see fit. Any further moves/correctional moves of the item will be charged in addition as a separate lift and will have to be paid in full prior to movement. HAND CARRIED EXHIBITS Do not hand carry exhibits in to the Kingdom, as it is quite likely they will be taken from you and a customs receipt given. If this happens bring the receipt to us. We will then clear the cargo under normal procedures. This take's time, and is VERY expensive and we cannot guarantee timely clearance or clearance at all! DURING THE EXHIBITION Our staff will either visit you on your stand or you may come to our office to answer any questions you may have. If any goods are sold, it is necessary to indicate the same on the invoice used to import your product. Please ensure that you have completed and signed a disposal instruction form before you leave the exhibition. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred due to an exhibitor not completing and signing our disposal form. Should the exhibitor change the amount of packages returning and not complete a new disposal form. The initial disposal is signed by the client before the empty cases are returned, upon collection of the products it is often that the no. of pieces has changed, have these pieces been stolen or are missing? For example: 5 packages were delivered on the inbound and on the outbound 5 packages were repacked as 4. So, please advise your client to inform SITE if any change has been made as we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies. Exhibitor should visit our onsite office to complete their disposal if they require it completed ASAP or if our representatives have not yet reach their stand. **It is vital that you or your exhibitors complete a disposal instruction before you leave the venue, these are available in our onsite office** EMPTY CASE STORAGE Due to the Exhibition Venue s not having a secure Service Yard/Storage Area, SITE can no longer provide secure storage (not included in our basic handling rates). We can however offer secure storage for empty cases at additional cost, please contact SITE for rates. Inbound Once SITE have delivered the pieces to the designated stand we cannot be held responsible for any packages that go missing during the buildup period. Outbound Once SITE have placed the empty packages at the designated stand, until the time of collection SITE cannot be held responsible for any packages that go missing. Boxes that are returned to stand at the close of the show, are left at the stand at the exhibitors own risk. SITE cannot be held responsible for boxes that going missing during this period.

8 AT THE CLOSE OF THE EXHIBITION Whilst we provide labour and equipment to assist with re-packing, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that your goods are re-packed correctly for re-export. If SITE are left to re-pack goods, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your consignment. Site will only provide labour and equipment for re-packing on the morning after the show closes. This gives us time to return all empty cases during the night. ***PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 3 WORKING WEEKS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT. IF YOU NEED YOUR GOODS RETURNING URGENTLY PLEASE ADVISE THIS TO KINETIC PRIOR TO THE IMPORT OF YOUR GOODS*** For all urgent dispatches (completed within 1 working week where possible) an additional service free of US$ 250 per shipment will be charged. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Unless all the conditions mentioned in these instructions are strictly complied with, we cannot be held responsible for late or non-delivery of cargo to the exhibition. All work is undertaken in accordance with Terms and Conditions of Trading of SITE Event Logistics SITE Event Logistics are not responsible for insurance or security during the build-up, tenancy, or breakdown periods. It is your responsibility to arrange suitable cover for consignment.

10 LATE SURCHARGES: Shipments arriving after our deadline will incur additional 50% of Handling Charge. Shipments arriving after 1 st day of official build-up will incur additional 100% of Handling charge ***THERE IS NO RETURN LCL SERVICE FROM ANY KSA PORT*** SPECIAL RATES ON REQUEST: NOTE Handling of overweight and over dimensional pieces, each piece exceeding 1500kgs or dimensions L 200 x W 200 x H 150cms rates will be quoted on case-by-case on request. Handling of Dangerous / Perishable goods Forklift charges for assembling / dismantling if applicable. Re-packing and cost of any kind of packing materials Above rate do not include any kind of Insurance, we strongly suggest the exhibitor to make comprehensive insurance for the round trip service prior to the shipment movement from the point of origin. Above rates are based on the work carried out during working days i.e. from Saturday to Wednesday 8.00hrs to 1800 hrs. Any Charges incurred due to circumstances beyond our control and or levied by any authority will be charged to your account. All shipments must be sent Pre-Paid. Goods classed as restricted items by KSA Customs may incur penalties. Quite often KSA Customs Authorities will delay the clearance of your shipment due to changes in documentation required for clearance or due to their misunderstanding of the materials you are sending. Should this happen it can take up to 3 weeks for them to process the shipment for clearance. This can be avoided by paying a fine to the customs officer, this will be advised on a case by case basis and is COMPLETELY out of our control. NO receipt can be provided in this instance.
