Preparing the Daily Progress Report for the site activities. Estimation and coordination with the project manager regarding to the material quantities and types of the site requirements. Preparing the Materials Request, Local Purchase Order & Revising the sub-contractor invoices. Preparing the Material submittals, Material inspection, Request for inspection, Compliance Statement & Method Statement Documents. Preparing the work plan and manpower distribution daily and weekly in advanced. Monitoring the productivity and quality of the work which is done and going on at the site. Preparing and revising the shop drawings. Executing and applying the architectural drawings at site. Solving the site problems in case if anything happen during the duty hours.

Perform the site inspections with the consultant and client based on the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Project Specifications and Method Statements. Checking and revising of the latest approved drawings. Preparing the test reports transmittal. Preparing the RFI logs and daily updating status. In-charge for QA/QC Documentations. Preparing Request for Site Inspection (RFI) & Material Inspection (MIR). Checking & monitoring the concrete laboratory tests at site (Slump test, Temperature test, Cube test, Density test, Air- content test, Flow table test). Checking & monitoring the concrete pouring & placing quality at site. Checking & monitoring civil laboratory reports. Preparing all necessary documents for client s audit.
