1 St Rita s College Parent Instructions for use of Flexischools How to top-up your account (for use at The Pantry) Go to and login to your account. If you have not yet created an account, click REGISTER. You will be taken to your home screen. You can see in the below example that the Current Balance shows at the top of the screen. Adding funds to your Flexischools account makes those funds available to all students on your account for use at The Pantry, using their existing student ID cards, or for online ordering services. Currently, St Rita s College allows ordering of Photocopying/Printing credits via the online ordering service however this may be expanded to include additional services in the future. To add funds to your account, click Top-up Account

2 You can top-up your account in three ways: 1. Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard) This is immediate and has a merchant fee of 29c per topup. Flexischools recommend topping up by $20 to reduce the number of fees you will pay. 2. PayPal This is immediate and you can link your PayPal account to other credit card types and your bank account. The merchant fee for PayPal is 35c. 3. Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit/Pay Anyone) This takes normal banking timeframes of 2-3 days to appear in your account however there are no fees for this top-up method. Merchant fees are added to the total top-up amount. For example, if you top-up by $20.00 using your credit card, the total amount charged to your credit card will be $ Once you have topped up your account, these funds are available in minutes for use by your daughter at The Pantry. Please ensure that you have added her student card to the account. If you have not added the card correctly you will see No Card Setup Yet as per the below example. Once the card is setup, this text will show your daughter s student ID number.

3 You may like to add a daily spending limit to your daughter's student account if you did not do this during the initial setup of the student. To add a daily spending limit, click Profile under your student s name. Type in the Daily Spend Limit where indicated. How to purchase printing/photocopying credit online Go to and login to your account. If you have not yet created an account, click REGISTER. You will be taken to your home screen. To purchase printing/photocopying credit click Online Ordering.

4 If you have not yet added your daughter's student card to the account you will see Setup a Card. Printing/Photocopying credit allows your daughter to use her existing student ID card to pay for printing/photocopying at St Rita s College. This credit is locked and cannot be used at The Pantry. If you have already added your daughter's student card to her account, you will see Do Top-up. Printing/Photocopying credit allows your daughter to use her existing student ID card to pay for printing/photocopying at St Rita s College. This credit is locked and cannot be used at The Pantry. You can then choose from a range of credit options. Add the items using the + Add to the left of each item.

5 To finalise your purchase click Next: Check You have two options for completing payment for the printing/photocopying credit: 1. Use your existing Flexischools Account balance to finalise the purchase. As per the below example, Payment Method is listed as Your Account. Click Place Order to confirm credit purchase. If you have not topped up your account, or you do not have enough credit for this purchase, you will be provided with an opportunity to top-up your account before completing the order.

6 2. Complete a once-off payment using your credit card or PayPal by click change. Click I ll just pay for this order, this time. Whichever option you choose, please ensure you click Confirm Order to finalise your purchase.
