2 Rev. 3 - Pag 1 di 6 BIOGLUCC glucose syrup BIOGLUCC is a glucose syrup with a high content of maltose, obtained from wheat starch from biological agriculture by a process of enzymatic conversion. It is in the form of thick syrup, colorless, sweet taste, able to prevent the crystallization of lactose and to lower the freezing point. It confers consistency to the finished product. It does not derive from GMOs and is free from wheat gluten. This syrup is indicated in numerous applications in the field of freezing to control the degree of sweetness and the freezing point. By increasing the creaminess of the finished product it is also used in confectionery / cake-baking industry.
