2 After School Clubs Thorne Green Top Primary School Challenge! How to improve your learning opportunities at school and have FUN! 1. Discuss the activities on offer at home, tick the activities you are interested in. 2. Complete the application form and return to your teacher as quickly as possible to guarantee a place. The last date for handing in your club request form is 9th December. Up to the 15th January children can still be added to clubs if spaces are available, but after this time registers will be closed and you will not be able to join or swap clubs. 3. Keep this Personal Planner safe so that you know what your activities are. 4. ENJOY YOURSELF!
