Energy Policy Act in 2005 introduced the direction for U. S. energy development in the next 20 years the introduction of this energy method also has a strong reference. This paper analyzes the highlights of the U. S. Energy Policy Act and controversy look at China and the United States energy problems and energy and environmental similarities and differences a comparative study of China in the upcoming energy legislation should draw attention to the experience. The author takes Two Vertical and Two Horizontal Reform of Administrative Approval in Foshan City as the starting point to reflect on the experience and the deficiencies gained by the local government administrative approval system reform. For example the establishment of specific reform leading group but not permanent management body established by law gradual improvement of the three administrative service system but not legal position of the service center etc. And then author puts up some development i- deas of the reform for local government administrative examination and approval system. Morphology of Putonghua and dialects are not quite similar. Some morphological characteristics are beyond our knowledge. This paper studies the possibility typology and characteristics of Yue perfective aspect with tone change and points out that the function of tone change is in shrinkage. This article thinks that Han Yu Opt to imitate Qin cao actually lies in ancient Qin songs are the traditional music which can keep intellectual character. Han Yu's creations of Qin cao are in close touch with his awareness of the highest political ideals. Through the experiences of Tang Ao and Duo Jiu-gong Li Ru-zhen explains that the imperial examination has lost its role on selecting talents in the late feudal society and criticizes the corruption of the examination and the abuses of stereotyped writing. However the author doesn't entirely deny the imperial examination due to its a- buses and his own abandon. He expresses his expectation and conception on incorruptible examiners different subjects selection and women's participation. As an intellect in the imperial examination oriented society of Qing dynasty Li Ru-zhen's cultural pursuit is admirable and his understanding and rethink on the imperial examination under his social and historical background is impersonal fair and estimable.
