2 Introduction Your gran has no clue. Your mum sort of does, but only along the lines of something to do with ads. Mates in media themselves might get it, but there s no chance that anyone from uni who ended up in a different sector has any idea. So it s pretty difficult to tell people how you spend your days and even harder sometimes to impress them with talk of TGI or DSPs or TVRs. Freebies though? They re something everyone understands. Mindshare lays on a host of free and subsidised benefits for each and every employee. We think it s really important to look after the people who work so hard every day to do. erm whatever it is we do. What follows is a brief guide to some of the lovely benefits you get working here. It s not by any means conclusive, but telling outsiders about this stuff is definitely more fun than explaining GRPs.
