FAST REGULATING PERFECT FOR LOW ENERGY HOUSES Roth Clima Comfort system for 10.5 mm X-PERT S5 pipes For renovation and new construction where reaction time and built-in height are critical. Roth Clima Comfort can be used with all types of floor covering. The system panels are easy to adapt to your room and are perfect for rooms with awkward angles, such as bathrooms. Roth for 10.5 eller 16 mm X-PERT S5 or Alu-LaserPlus pipes For renovation and new construction where reaction time and built-in height are critical. Roth Compact systems can be used with all types of floor covering. Heat distribution plates for laths for 16 or 20 mm X- PERT S5 or Alu-LaserPlus pipes Roth heat distribution plates for laths is a system designed to minimise the overall built-in height compared with a conventional floor construction. The heat distribution plates are easily fixed to the laths, and then the loops can be laid down. The gaps between the laths act as pipe holders. Embedded in concrete Floor heating pipes in mounting rails on insulation for 10.5, 16, and 20 mm X-PERT S5 pipes The mounting rails are attached to the insulation using fastening clips. The pipes are pressed into the mounting rails and are held in place with the correct c/c spacing. An alternative is to tie the tubes to the steel reinforcing mesh, and leave out the mounting rails. Optimized water temperature In future floor heating systems, low supply water temperatures will be critical given the demands on low energy consumption. Low supply water temperature provides savings on energy costs, especially when heat pumps are used. The graph Power output shows power output at different temperatures in the Compact system and concrete floors. In new houses power output required is around 30 W/m² and in old houses around 50 W/m². Energy savings Floor heating systems in combination with a heat pump will provide good energy savings when using our Compact system (instead of a traditional solution where the underfloor heating pipes are embedded in concrete). New houses require a power output of around 30 W/m² and old houses around 50 W/m². Heat distribution plates of aluminum are put in the grooves, holding the tubes in position and providing good heat transmission to the floor above. Where the pipes return,turning panels are used or return grooves are machined by hand. Another option is the Roth Universal Chipboard System with tongue and groove boards that are floating, either on insulation or as usual on joists. Floorheating manifolds We supply floorheating manifolds with or without flow meters and they are available with connections for 2-12 circuits. DISTRIBUTION CABINET Our distribution cabinets and accessories are approved under the Norwegian standard (VSK0197), the toughest requirements in the Nordic countries. The cabinet is easy to install and connections can be made from all sides. The mounting rails in the cabinet ensure the easy, stable attachment of the manifold. In the bottom it is open for pipes and the sides have knock-out holes to use as needed. For installation in a wall there is a drip tray to place in or under the cabinet to obtain an approved installation that will prevent water damage.
