At national and international level, the Group constructs efficient systems of all sizes and installation types from rooftop systems, roof and façade-integrated systems to heavy duty, open landscape power plant fleets. S.A.G. Solar GmbH & Co. KG also produces sustainable solar energy at its own plants. These plants, together with over 16 years of experience, form the basis of S.A.G. Solar steadily developing technical expertise. S.A.G. Solar GmbH & Co. KG has taken over 2014 the business operations of the S.A.G. Solarstrom AG, founded in As of October 31th, 2014 S.A.G. Solar GmbH & Co. KG is a member of the Shunfeng International Clean Energy Group. S.A.G. Solar was acquired by the Shunfeng International Clean Energy by virtue of an asset and share purchase agreement dated August 29th, 2014, officially in force October 31th, Since October 31st, 2014, the S.A.G. Solar Group operative business operations are part of SF Suntech AG a subsidiary of Shunfeng International Clean Energy Limited. Thanks to long-term experience in the construction and operation of around 9,000 systems, S.A.G. Solar Group can configure photovoltaic systems on an optimum basis with regard to quality and yield. In this, the company is supported by leading component manufacturers. Focusing on system partnerships, the Group works together closely with manufacturers to continue development on the respective components and to adapt to the increasing requirements of the market. 3

Solar Group also includes the associate company meteocontrol GmbH, which offers photovoltaic system monitoring, solar electricity forecasts and quality audits, yield reports and other services. meteocontrol is one of the international market leaders in the remote monitoring of photovoltaic systems and currently monitors 35,000 systems with a total output of 9.2 GWp. The EPC and O&M operations were transferred to S.A.G. Solar Development and Construction GmbH which is acting as the successor company of the former S.A.G. Solar EPC business. S.A.G. Solar GmbH & Co. KG s service portfolio also covers services for the entire life cycle of photovoltaic plants, including forecast and energy services, yield reports, and remote service and maintenance, as well as insurance and financing. The S.A.G. Solar Group thus offers a comprehensive value chain in photovoltaics, from yield reports, planning, construction, operations, and monitoring to optimization, repowering, and deconstruction. 4

Manufacture and Sales of Solar Products Wuxi Suntech became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, and its financial results were consolidated into the Group from April The successful acquisition of Wuxi Suntech enables the Group to expand its solar power generation business in domestic and overseas market. Riding on the significant rebound trend in the industry since the second half of 2013, the Group s shipment volume of solar products manufacturing business in the first half of 2014 amounted to MW, an increase of 332.5% compared with the corresponding period of Suntech is a module and solar equipment manufacturer that has passed the 25 million mark in solar module numbers shipped worldwide, totaling more than 8 GW capacity.
