24 Own YOUR project Picking a good Product Owner: K E E P: Knowledgable - know the product, know the business goals, be able to answer questions Engaged - fully available, free to work on the project, no other major commitments Enabled - given the power to make decisions and really *own* the product Passionate - must run the show, challenge, ask questions, demand answers, they want it to work

25 Is it really happening? I know my rights I'm receiving meaningful metrics every day My Scrum Master calls out the developers from time to time I believe my lead developer works for me, not them I am attending daily scrums I am attending sprint demonstrations after every sprint I am asked to write acceptance tests and they're used I am attending retrospective meetings after every sprint
