THEME PARKS RULES Welcome to the Disneyland Paris Parks. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience during your visit to the Parks, please respect the following rules: 1. ACCESS TO THE PARK 1.1 Access Control: Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. reserves the right to visually inspect or to check with specific devices, visitor s clothes, coats and personal belongings before entry and/or inside the Parks. Access may be refused to any person refusing to comply with this inspection. Please note that the following items may not be brought into the Parks: - All illicit or hazardous substances, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, dangerous objects (particularly any offensive or defensive weapons of any type) or objects that appear to be weapons or toy guns (also including toy blasters, squirt guns, etc.), that could endanger visitor security in the Parks, are prohibited. - Any items that may disturb other visitors (vuvuzelas, loud speakers, horns). - Handheld camera/cell phone extension poles, such as selfie sticks. - Any recreational devices such as drones and remote control toys. - Any items that we may deem harmful, disruptive or inappropriate. 1.2 Large Goods: Large and cumbersome packages, suitcases and bags, as well as any kind of large container, exceeding 55cm x 40cm x 25cm - including wheels, pockets and handles - are not permitted inside the Parks. We recommend that you do not bring such items, or if you must, please use our luggage storage facilities located outside the Parks. Except for the luggage storage facility and some dedicated luggage boxes, Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. employees are not authorised to keep luggage. Pushchairs and small trolleys/wagons smaller than 92cm x 132cm are accepted. However, for safety reasons, objects conforming to these regulations may still be refused access to certain areas. Pushchairs and small trolleys/wagons should be left outside all attractions. 1.3 Transport Means: For safety reasons, using roller blades, bicycles, scooters or any other recreational means of transport, whether fitted with an engine or not, is not allowed unless medically required and evidenced to an employee by showing a medical certificate.

1.4 Clothing: Proper dress is required at all times, and top and bottom garments, as well as footwear, are to be worn. We also reserve the right, at our own discretion and at any given time, to refuse a visitor the right to wear any type of costume, makeup or tattoo, especially if it is likely to offend, shock or scare children and a family-orientated public, that Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. would consider as inappropriate or if it would impede the operation while posing as or portraying any character in costume. Clothing that drags the ground is prohibited. The same rule applies for accessories considered to breach security or be a danger in our attractions (capes, sticks etc.). For safety reasons, the only visitors authorized to wear clothing covering their face completely are those doing so for medical reasons. Costumes and masks may not be worn by any visitors ages 12 or older (unless required for medical purposes). When worn by younger visitors, masks must provide unobstructed peripheral vision at all times with openings that allow the eyes to be fully seen. The non-respect of this dress code may prevent access to the Parks. Private special events may have specific guidelines, which can be find in publicity or information materials relative to the event. 1.5 Minors: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult for ticket purchase and entry to the Parks. Please supervise children at all times. Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. reserves the right to refuse attraction access to children under 7 years old if they are not accompanied by an adult. Therefore, height and age checks may be done to unaccompanied children at attraction entrances. Certain shows, attractions and events might frighten small children and are therefore not advisable or not allowed to children under the age of 1(please ask employees for the current list). All children under 18 years old, remain under the responsibility of their parents or their legal guardian who are therefore liable for the damages their children may cause. 1.6 Animals: Animals are not allowed inside the Parks, with the exception of assistance animals, which must be kept on leashes and under the control of the owner. Due to the nature of some attractions, assistance animals shall not be permitted to ride certain attractions (Please refer to the Accessibility guide for more details). Please do not feed the birds or any wild animals that you might encounter during your visit. 1.7 Validity of Tickets: You are required to verify and respect the terms and conditions of your Park entry ticket.

1.8 Exit & Re-entry: If you intend to leave a Park and return to it, or the other Park, on the same day, please verify the procedure and necessary documents/hand stamps with an employee before doing so. 2. SAFETY & HYGIENE RULES 2.1 Visitor Behaviour: Theft, public disorder, verbal and physical violence, insults or racial taunts, cheating, fraud, drunken or indecent behaviour, malevolence, violations of safety regulations and these Park access rules, or other socially unacceptable behaviour, may lead Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. to take the necessary action including informing the police, filing a complaint or removing the visitor from the Park(s) without any sort of compensation, refund or claim. For safety reasons, reckless running is not allowed. For the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all visitors, please keep the Parks and their facilities clean. Group picnics which require specific equipment (cool box, tables, and containers) are not allowed inside the Parks. For your convenience, a specific picnic area is located between our parking lot and the Park entrance. For the safety and comfort of all, we ask that visitors do not eat, drink, and take flash photography or film with lighting in the attractions or their queue lines. 2.2 Park Evacuation: Management reserves the right to limit, refuse entry or evacuate either Park due to peak attendance, for any safety reasons or in case of force majeure. 2.3 Theft and Damages: Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. cannot be held liable for theft, loss or damage of personal belongings inside the Parks. Storage lockers are available at the entrance of each Park. Please check terms and conditions beforehand. No valuables should be left in pushchairs. 2.4 Behaviour: Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. reserves the right to refuse access to any person whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of other visitors or themselves, or to the attractions or shows areas. 2.5 Non-smoking: Theme Parks covered and uncovered areas are non-smoking, except for designated outdoor areas specially created and equipped for smokers. This rule also applies to electronic cigarettes.

2.6 CCTV ( Video surveillance ): This site is equipped with a video surveillance system operated by Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. This system is set up for the security of people and property. Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. is responsible for managing the system in compliance with current regulations and legislation. Article L and following of the Internal Security Code. Decree dated 28 July For information and access to images, please contact the Security Director at Tel Lost and Found: Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. reserves the right to deal with any unattended object in such a way as we consider appropriate and in coordination with the local authorities. 3. ACCESSIBILITY TO ATTRACTIONS, SHOWS, RESTAURANTS, BOUTIQUES AND OTHER FACILITIES 3.1 Visitor Responsibility: For safety reasons, access to and participation in certain attractions requires that you should be in good health, free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or any other condition likely to be aggravated by these adventures. Thus before entering the Parks, all visitors should be aware of their own state of health and must review all warnings, access conditions and safety requirements included in the appropriate brochures, websites and any information displayed at the entrance of each attraction, in guides or by asking Parks employees. Restrictions based on health, security or safety are not discriminatory. 3.2 Visitor Morphology: Height restrictions apply. Furthermore, the configuration of the seats and safety systems on attractions may not allow access for visitors of certain body shapes or sizes. Visitors must have sufficient upper body strength to sit in an appropriate position in all attraction vehicles. 3.3 Access for Pregnant Women & Visitors with Disabilities: Pregnant women, visitors with permanent or temporary disabilities and any other person possibly entitled to priority access should inform themselves of the risks, conditions, restrictions and mode of access to our attractions at City Hall in Disneyland Park, Studio Services in Walt Disney Studios Park or on our website prior to arrival. 3.4 Visitors with Photo-sensitivity: Certain attractions or shows use lighting effects and notably strobe and flashing lights which may cause problems for visitors suffering from photo-sensitivity, who are therefore advised to avoid them.

3.5 Facility Closing and Late Opening: Certain shows, attractions, parades, restaurants, shops and facilities may open late or be closed seasonally, for adverse weather conditions, safety concerns or for refurbishing. Closures may take place without notice. 4. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES 4.1 Sale of Goods and Services and Printed Material Distribution: The sale of goods, services or Parks tickets, and the distribution of pamphlets, brochures or any other printed material are totally prohibited inside the Parks. 4.2 Commercial Photography, Videotaping or Recording: Any picture, video, sound recording or photo taken by a visitor in either of the Parks may only be used for personal and non- commercial purposes, unless express written authorization was obtained from Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. prior to the visit. These Theme Parks Rules are available on our web site and from our Guest Relations department.
