1 TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN Adams County Locations Access Housing (Adams County) Et 300 Housing 6978 Colorado Commerce City Family must apply and meet with an intake worker, fill out intake Monday-Friday from 8:30-5pm. Et 301 Shelter Almost Home, Inc Bridge St. Brighton, Growing Home W. 72 nd Ave. #112 Westminster, Co Client must be a previous Adams County resident for a minimum of 90 days. Intakes done over the phone, if qualified will then do a walk-in application. 2-Year transitional housing, 1&2 bedrooms only. Single and two parent families. MUST be in school. No felonies or evictions in past 3 years. UA tests.

If apartment is available or before client can be placed on the wait list: required background check, birth certificate & I.D. review. Single youth and young families ages 16-23; 18-month program with case management services. Income based rentmust have income to move in. Must participate in full time activity 32 hours/week-school/work. No se offenders, will do background check. Transitional housing for single women with children under 12 years old. Must be eligible for or receiving TANF. Church attendance required. 2-year transitional housing program for families. Must have children under 18 to qualify. 4 Family Homestead Decatur PO Bo Denver Provides independent housing and case management for a maimum period of si months for families. Screening is done over the phone. Applicant needs to be referred by a case manager in order to fill out an application. Will take applicants that have evictions or felonies on a case by case basis. Eviction paperwork is used for verification only. Father Ed Judy House Denver Short-term transitional housing for single women with children. (sons under 12 and daughters under 17) Call for intake process. Joshua Station Mile High Ministries I-25 & 8 th Ave. Denver, CO Joy House Logan St Denver 15-month transitional housing program for single and two parent families with children under the age of 18. Must be employed or receive TANF; work with a family advocate. Call for personal interview, criminal background check and to complete orientation and housing request form. Call from 8:30-9:00pm to schedule for orientation, interview and drug test. Will take undocumented. Christian based transformational housing for low-income abused women and their children. Community based program - church attendance is required. Residents must pay rent & must go to school, work, or volunteer for hours weekly.
