We specialise in providing specialist marine services from quayside to deep offshore, conducting hydrocarbon ship-to-ship (STS) transfer operations and as well as managing offshore terminal transfers. We have a pool of over 30 expatriate and local master mariners and marine pilots with a diverse range of experience in marine activities. Our fleet of offshore support craft are first class standard and we are seeking to acquire the most versatile and youngest fleet of offshore support vessels in the industry. Strategically deploying our support vessels within the region enables us to provide turn-key logistical support and expert on-scene supervision with the highest standard of safety available in the industry. Our personnel and equipment continually set safety and performance records in marine offshore support logistics.

4 Terminal operations Fendercare provide marine management for onshore and offshore terminals. We are able to deliver our clients a turnkey solution. 5 Ship-to-Ship transfers Fendercare is the leading provider of ship-to-ship transfer services. We have over 400 Yokohama fenders including jumbo fenders for VLCC operations, over 380 cargo transfer hoses, (including LPG transfer hoses) and 10 vessels owned or operated by us. Our capacity and capability allow us to work at short notice, with operations often able to commence within a few hours of nomination. We are also able to mobilize to locations further afield using our support crafts. These vessels have the space to carry STS equipment on deck to ensure it reaches the operation in best possible condition. Within our large pool of Mooring Masters, we have senior Mooring Masters with Master Mariners class 1 certificate and Assistant Mooring Masters trained by Fendercare both locally and abroad.

6 Oil major approvals By enabling the seaborne trade of over 450 million barrels of oil equivalent (BOE) transferred from ship to ship and offshore terminals where we operated in the year 2011 alone. Fendercare is truly a major player and this testament is a result of our track record of customer satisfaction, highly trained motivated and professional management crew, and marine support staff who are committed to providing world class services to match.

7 Pilotage mooring and loading masters Fendercare holds long term and ad hoc contracts for the support of FPSO s, FSO s and tanker loading and offloading operations. Fendercare also contracts marine terminal pilots and Mooring Masters to cover operations. Fendercare executes an average of 250 berthing operations every month alone and our tanker operations cover vessels ranging from handy sizes to VLCC s. By utilising the vast experience of our large pool of Mooring Masters means that we are able to deliver safe high quality operations in any environment. We can structure contracts to suit the needs of our client s requirement, depending on the type and frequency of berthing, and also the size of vessels involved.

8 Escort and berthing tugs Fendercare can provide and manage berth assist and escort tugs to cover all type of operations onshore and offshore oil and gas terminals and ports. We can also provide any of the following: Crew / Utility Vessels Platform Supply Vessel Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel (AHTS) Depending on client requirement, we deliver these crafts and the requisite manpower of highly trained and experienced crew.

9 Integrated mooring solutions We provide load measurement, strain and stress determination across a wide spectrum of applications wherever there is a need for accurate, cost effective and comprehensive data generation and analysis. 10 Pollution control and fire fighting Our ongoing training program, refresher courses and assessment keep our crew prepared for routine operations as well as emergency response. To comply with client requirements Fendercare can fit on it s vessels, a range of FiFi, pollution response and control equipment approved by requisite class societies. We are well aware that a tugs immediate pollution and fire fighting response plays a vital function in the overall safety of oil and gas terminals. Our crew are very well trained and competent in dealing with fire emergency and spillage control.

11 Diving services Fendercare provides a wide range of diving services and equipment, to install, inspect, maintain and remove underwater structure of all types. We have extensive experience of supporting shipping companies, offshore operators, onshore facilities and other businesses or authorities requiring underwater work to be carried out. Our own diving teams are trained and experienced in a wide range of techniques and procedures. Safety is a paramount consideration. Our Safety Management System includes project specific procedures and risk assessments in compliance with current legislation, UK HSE regulations, host nation legislation, IMCA recommendations and best industry practice. Support vessels and personnel are provided as required. Offshore Oil and Gas services include: Cathodic protection, annual IRM surveys, UWILD surveys, pipeline inspection, stabilisation, tie-ins and metrology, scour surveys, riser installation, wellhead surveys and remedial works.

12 Quality assurance Fendercare is committed to satisfying customers requirements by providing the highest quality and outstanding service in a timely manner. So this objective can be met, Fendercare is also committed to continually improving the effectiveness of its Quality Management System. In doing so Fendercare complies with all relevant statutory and safety requirements to ensure that our staffs are competent to perform their duties, and that the infrastructure and work environment are appropriate. Our quality objectives are reviewed periodically so improvements and changes are incorporated to ensure continuing suitability.

13 Health and safety HSE Accreditations In recognition of the importance of HSE globally, Fendercare is accredited in both ISO for environmental management and OHSAS for health and safety. These accreditations are assessed and audited by a UKAS accredited body which is the sole national accreditation body recognised by the UK government to assess against internationally agreed standards. Safety Management Fendercare has a dedicated health, safety and environment department to deal with all HSE matters, which is supported by an experienced marine management team to develop our safety management. This enables us to constantly review our safety procedures and take any legislative requirements into account to ensure that our operations are carried out safely anywhere in the world. Having these independent departments within our organisation has enabled us to have a safety record that we consider is second to none.

14 Environmental management With the importance of environmental matters, and to guarantee that the marine environment is not damaged by our operations, we have an Environmental Management Systems in place. Our EMS has ensured that Fendercare has an enviable record of not being involved in any oil spill pollution incident for over 10 years.
