4 Zicon Controls have a wide variety of Thermostats and controllers. Thermostats application includes On/Off, 3 points floating & PI modulating. Our Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Digital Thermostats/Controllers are all Microprocessor based and come with many features such as Key Card potential free inputs, remote sensors option, temperature offset, adjustable deadband, I-Time, unoccupied mode and many more. Now we have also included Networking (BacNet / Modbus interface) Thermostats into our product range. You name it, we have it! Damper Actuators are used for control of air volume in air ducts. We have actuators from 2Nm to 40Nm torque. Our actuators are available for 24Vac, 110Vac and 240Vac operation. These actuators are suitable for most standard signals be it on/off, 3 points or Proportional, voltage or currents. Some of our models are equipped with spring-return mechanism or torque limit switches for fail safe operation.

8 Different applications call for different types of valves even for HVAC systems! Valves bodies come in 2-way and 3-way and for the latter, either mixing or diverting configuration. Our valves suit almost all types of HVAC application and are of high nominal pressure valve bodies. Valves are made of Brass, Bronze, Cast Iron and even Stainless Steel. Whereas for Actuators, we have both the linear action type and rotary action type. Actuators driving force starts from 100Nf to 25,000Nf (Linear Force) or 2Nm to 65Nm(Rotary Force). Our ZDF series modulating actuators come with many features such as limit switches to cut off the power supply upon exceeding its torque limits, selectable 0-10vdc, 2-10vdc, 0-20mA or 4-20mA input signals, Automatic reposition of actuator, 3-position change over terminal where actuator position can be remotely overrided, manual override & auto stroke adjustment.
