Animation > Go to Slide 3 Apply Custom Animation Select the Graphic Animation Tab > Custom Animation > Entrance > More Effects > Grow & Turn Take a screen shot of the animation task pane Using the Word document from step 6 > Paste screenshot > Change text wrap to square > resize so both screenshots will fit on 1 page

Return to the PowerPoint Title Slide Insert a new slide after Title Layout BLANK Insert Graphics (Sky, Highway, Truck 1, Truck 2) Hint: use the Ctrl key to select multiple files o Reorder Graphics and size to fit slide o Move to appropriate places o Use Recolor > Set Transparent Color to remove white background from each truck graphic o o Both Trucks Apply Picture Effects > Soft Edges > 2.5 points (this will remove left over white edges) Resize trucks to fit on over pass Position each truck appropriatly (one on the left and the other on the right)
7 Add custom animation to each truck Animation tab > Custom Animation > Motion Path o One truck drives to the left the other to the right o Adjust the motion path o Change Start for BOTH trucks to With Previous o Change Speed to Slow 9. Add Word art to the slide Insert Tab > Word Art Going Places with Coke 10. Change your view to Slide Sorter Move the Slide Advertising Slogans Slide 9) so it is after the slide From Small Beginnings

Go to the Title Slide & add a class Header Insert Tab > Header/Footer > Slide Tab Footer YOUR NAME Select Don t show on title Apply to All Notes and Handouts Tab Header YOUR NAME Footer CLASS PERIOD Apply to All 12. Add the following information to your POWERPOINT document Change the document properties Author: Your name Title: PowerPoint In class activity Subject: Class Period Save as PowerPoint In class Activity 13. Print Your PowerPoint in Handout View Office Button > Print > Print > Print What > Handouts Handouts > Slides Per Page 6 Okay 14. Save and Close GO TO WORD 15. Go to your Screenshots document a. Add a class header/footer b. Add the following information to your WORD document Author: Your name Title: PowerPoint In class screenshot Subject: Class Period c. Save as PowerPoint In class Activity Screenshot Print, Save, and close 16. Attach the following printouts to your POWERPOINT packet.
