1 St John the Baptist, Heaton Mersey This Month at St John s September A warm welcome to everyone worshipping at St John s this month, where we hold the following Sunday Services: am Holy Communion A quiet service in the side chapel without music am Holy Communion There is a break-out area at the back of church for small children; Sunday Club takes place in all services except during school holidays and the All Age worship. It s for 5-14 year olds and has informal teaching and worship. Feel free to stay for all or part of the club with your children am All Age Service (2nd Sunday of the month) Lively worship for everyone with a high degree of involvement pm Evening Prayer A time for reflection and meditation with music and readings. The second Sunday in the month will be a communion service. You are welcome to join us for refreshments after the service on Sundays. St John s has a loop induction hearing system and large format service sheets and hymn books.
2 Donations made using the Gift-Aid scheme envelopes are increased by 20% when used by taxpayers. You can give to St. John s using your mobile phone. Simply text John16 10 (or John16 5) to All services and other activities take place in St John s Church unless stated otherwise. Thursday 8 September pm Messy Church One hour of messy crafts - lots of messy stuff to do, a time to eat together and a celebration in church. All children accompanied by an adult welcome.
