6 GENERAL INFORMATION Amarillo Gun Club will open for practice and registration an hour before the event starts each day. Practice is $5.00 per 25 targets. Pre-squadding is available June 1st thru June 14th by going to Food and drink will be available for purchase each day at the clubhouse. There will be RV space available at $20 per day. Please contact Louie Amador at or HIGH OVER ALL Events 1-7; 800 targets (400 preliminary Zone I championship targets) HIGH ALL AROUND Events 4, 6, 7; 400 targets (400 Zone I championship targets) To be eligible for the High All Around awards, shooters must enter events 4, 6, 7 at the same time. The Zone I meeting will be held Sunday, June 19th, at 8am. Your attendance is appreciated. TTA ZONE REBATE $740.20

7 RULES GOVERNING THIS TOURNAMENT 1. Contestants will be allowed to shoot for targets only and be eligible for trophies. 2. Targets will be set each morning according to A.T.A. rules. Targets will only be reset if they become illegal or between events, and then by shoot Management only. 3. The reserves the right to postpone or call off any event on account of bad weather or other causes, and to change the starting time for any or all events. Management will make all program interpretations. 4. The Management reserves the right to refuse the entry of, or to disqualify any shooter whom in its opinion is interfering with the harmony of this tournament. 5. All options will be open options, unless otherwise specified in the program; all ties for money percentage division will be divided. Ties for title events and trophies must be shot off the same day in 25 target events for 16 yard and handicap, and 10 pair targets for doubles events, time permitting, or upon mutual agreement of the contestants and Management. 6. A cashier s sheet showing all shooters playing the money will be posted for all events. No purses or option money held out. 7. After all shooters in a squad have completed shooting a station, the scorekeeper will call out the scores of each shooter. If there is an error it MUST be corrected before shooting starts at the next station. 8. Contestants will forfeit trophies and/or merchandise should they leave the grounds and not be on hand for a shoot-off. 9. We suggest you enter yourself and squad for the entire program including paying for all options at the time of entry. No changes in purse or options will be permitted unless shoot is cancelled. In the event of a withdrawal, after an event has started your target and trophy money will be refunded; all option money will be forfeited. There will be a $20.00 entry fee assessed per event change. 10. All Ladies, Juniors, Sub-Juniors, Veterans, Senior-Veterans and Industry shooters must declare their special category, at the time of their entry. Without such declaration (at the time of entry), the shooter will not be allowed to compete for the applicable special category trophies. This is the shooters responsibility and NO exceptions to this rule are allowed. 11. Juniors and Sub-Juniors may shoot at a reduced target fee, if NO Options are played. 12. A shooter may not enter any special event after that event has started. Special Event must be paid Before handicap event begins. 13. The Management is not responsible for theft or accidents. 14. The ATA rules will govern all points not otherwise provided for in the above listed rules. Classification will be based on; Known Ability, Current year s average (if 500 or more singles) or last 500 targets, whichever is higher. If less than 500 targets in current year, last year s average, plus current year s average will govern. Doubles classification will be reached by same procedure. REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE This certifies that the Amarillo Gun Club has been authorized to hold a Registered Shoot on June 17, 18, 19, 2016 The Amateur Trapshooting Association Rules will govern this shoot and all scores will be included in the Official Records.
