2 THE COMPANY INSTAL BIALYSTOK S.A. is one of the largest construction and assembly companies in the North East Poland. It was established in The company is the part of a construction group named Rodex. In 2011 the income of INSTAL BIALYSTOK S.A. was approximately 44 mln Euro. Employment is 290 employees. During nearly 50 years of its existence INSTAL BIALYSTOK S.A. is constantly working for developing and improving to provide the highest quality products and services. In 2000 Instal Bialystok S.A. obtained the first ISO 9001 certification, and in 2008 completed the ISO certification. The principal activities of the INSTAL BUILDING is a complex construction sites as a general contractor. The company specializes in the manufacture and installation of steel structures of all kinds industrial, technological and sanitary production of steel structures, precast ventilation and pressure vessels. The result of the company s development strategy and to offer the highest quality products is a new plant for the production of steel structures located in Koplany near Bialystok. The target production capacity of the new plant reach 12,000 tons of steel per year. QUALITY IS EVERYTHING The high quality of the products in INSTAL BUILDING steel plant are affected by the technology of production and a well-trained engineering and technical staff supported by a control system and own research laboratory. The constant development of human resources is ensured by its own Centre of Welding, with years of experience in the education of qualified welders. It is a legitimate subcontractor of UDT training and testing of welders. INSTAL BIALYSTOK S.A. has many years of experience in the education of qualified welders and is eligible UDT subcontractor for training and testing of welders. There is also a certified NDT laboratory holding certificates UDT. Therefore also provides services: laboratory and in the field of research, training and examination (according to DIN EN and BS EN 287-2).

3 PRODUCTION PLANT KOPLANY Steel structures are produced in the just built production plant, equipped with modern CNC and the most advanced technologies. The plant is located in Koplany nearby Bialystok in Poland. In the production of steel structures at INSTAL BUILDING plant in Koplany are used the technologies as follows: blasting to ISO materials and products at chamber and through blasting machines, thermal cut sheet by oxygen and plasma, thermal cut out shapes in the metallurgical profiles, mechanical cutting of profiles by band saws and disc saws, mechanical cutting on guillotines of metal sheets and profiles, wrapping of sheets up to 40 mm of a thickness, with the possibility of forming a diameter up to 4.5 m, drilling holes in the profiles and sheets, punching holes in the profiles, sheets and tapes of metal, straightening plates (up to 32 mm), treatment on mechanical presses, processing of edges of metal sheets and profiles, items machining, manual welding, mechanized, semi-automatic and automatic by methods: MAG (135), MAG (136), SAW (121), ASW (783), E (111), including 121 and welding by methods 135 (136) of girders on high automated production lines.

4 THE BEST TECHNOLOGY WKS KOPLANY INSTAL BIALYSTOK S.A. has a modern machinery and apply the most developed technologies. All machines are optimally matched in terms of efficiency and the possibility of technology for the production profile of and arranged in logical sequences of technology. Most of the machines are equipped with CNC control and connected to the network including a technology office CAD /CAM. Some machines creates a flexible line manufacturing CAD /CAM for complete processing of steel profiles.

5 EFFICENT EQUIPMENT WKS KOPLANY INSTAL BIALYSTOK S.A. is equipped with: modern plasma device for cutting and drilling, press for straightening and bending profiles, rolling metal cylinders, line for automatic welding of girders, stanchion boom for automatic welding of tanks and girders, equipment for corrosion protection: passage rotor cleaner for materials entering to the production process, the chamber for metal spraying, screws compressors and equipment for cleaning, equipment for hydrodynamic painting, cranes with lifting capacity up to 25 tons.
