1 Mayan Sunrise Caye Caulker Mayan sunrise is a new subdivision on the East facing beachfront of the South Island of Caye Caulker. With wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea and the Belize Barrier Reef. The 30 properties are currently being offered as empty building plots to hold as an investment or build on at your leisure. We do have off plan home options available, but at present this is entirely optional. Though we do have many years of experience building on the Caye and many good contacts, so getting us to do all the hard work is by far the easiest option. 2 Progress to date The entire site has been cleared (Other than substantial trees) and all the land has now been filled to a depth that should keep it dry year round. The ultimate aim is for palm tree lined streets and development of vacation homes surrounded by tropical plants and trees built to a high standard to create a friendly community of like minded people who all enjoy getting away from the fast paced life of home and embrace the go slow mantra of Caye Caulker.

There are still no cars on the island (except police car and fire truck) and everybody just gets around on foot, bicycle or golf cart creating the unique go slow environment that we all love.
