1 EXHIBIT "D" HOLIDAY TRAVEL PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. RULES & REGULATIONS 1. All recreational vehicles must be hooked up to all utilities provided at each site in a safe and sanitary manner. 2. There shall be quiet hours from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. 3. All recreational vehicles must be hooked up to all utilities provided at each site in a safe and sanitary manner. 4. Owners and renters must register at the appropriate office upon arrival and departures. 5. The recreational facilities are for residents and their house guests only and are open from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. Guests must be accompanied by a resident at the pool and all must have pool tags. Additional pool rules are posted at the swimming pool. 6. No vehicles may exceed 15 miles an hour within the condominium. 7. Motorized cycles may be used for transportation in and out of the park only. 8. Each owner shall keep his or her property in a clean and sanitary condition and allow no rubbish, refuse or garbage to accumulate or any fire hazard to exist. 9. No commercial activity of any kind whatsoever shall be conducted from any recreational vehicle, or any condominium unit, unless the permission of the Association is first be obtained. 10. Security committee volunteers may be required to perform any of the following services under the direction of the security committee officer who answers to the Board of Directors: 1. Check lock and unlock buildings and recreational facilities. 2. Collect, record and deposit receipts from coin operated machines. 3. Make reports to security officer. 11. Umbrella type clothes drying lines not to exceed 6 ft. square are permitted in the rear of lots. Short lines from shed to house and clothes drying racks are also allowed. 12. Mini-Motor Home not to exceed twenty (20) feet in length and seven (7) feet in width may be parked on a lot when it is the only means of transportation of the lot owner. Street parking of such vehicle is not permitted. 13. Overnight parking is not allowed on any common areas, except approved vehicles in the storage area. 14. There shall be no dual usage of common facilities by both owner and tenant. The right to use common elements and common property passes to the tenant and the owner would be prohibited from using these facilities except as a guest. 12/96 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

No parking on entrance concrete to recreation hall or laundry and restroom facilities. 3. No overnight parking on common grounds or at the office, laundry rooms or recreation hall without permission from the Security Personnel or the Park Manager. 4. No riding bicycles, roller skates, etc. on the sidewalks. 5. No loud vehicle muffiers allowed in the park. 6. No driving the wrong wayan a marked one-way street. 7. No reverse driving on any street. 8. All owners, renters and overnight guests must be registered at the proper place in the office upon arrival and departure. 9. No unregistered visitors shall use the laundry, pool or shower facilities. 10. No rental renewal shall be made to repeated rule violators. II. No electrical extension cords are to be plugged into the facility rooms other than maintenance facilities. 12. No electrical extension cord shall lay across the streets without the Park Manager's permission. 13. Unauthorized use of gate cards is prohibited. 14. No admittance to the pool area when the pool gates are locked. 15. Visitor Parking Permits will be issued by Security for visitors to park on common grounds. 16. PENALTIES AS GOVERNED BY ASSOCIATION DOCUMENTS FIRST WRITTEN AND SIGNED BY PARK MANAGER - 15 DAYS TO CORRECT. SECOND WRITTEN AND SIGNED BY MANAGING AGENT - 15 DAYS TO CORRECT. 3 HOLIDAY TRAVEL PARK BOAT - RN STORAGE AREA RULES The term "unit" used hereinafter refers to boats or motor homes, travel trailers, utility trailers and boat trailers. 1. All units must be parked in the area designated to such boat or vehicle in compliance with county ordinance. 2. Parking of units in the storage area is by PERMIT ONLY. Permits will be issued by the Holiday Travel Park Condominium Association office. 3. Any unit to be parked must be the personal property of a lot occupant. No assignment to others by the owner/lessee will be permitted, 4, Abandoned units or units that do not conform to the rules are subject to be removed from the storage area at the owner's expense, 5, Stored units must be maintained by the owner and be in condition for movement, if necessary, 6. Parking of commercial or business use units is prohibited, Any exception must have the approval of the Board of Directors, 7, Every stored unit must have the owner/lessee lot number prominently displayed, Boats on the trailer tongue, RJV s on the front curbside, 8. In order to maximize storage area spaces small units may be required to double up in a space, Unless voluntary, this will only be necessary after all spaces have been depleted, 9. If the situation arises where all boat or RJV spaces are in use, a list will be initiated and future assignments will be made in a descending order. 10, Abandoned vehicles, Any vehicles which is unlicensed or by outward appearance - not movable, For example: flat tires, no trailer under unit are not permitted, 11. THIS IS NOT A DEAD STORAGE AREA 12. No more than ONE RJV or ONE cargo trailer and/or ONE boat will be allowed in the storage area by any lot owner/occupant. ENFORCEMENT DEADLINE Changes approved by the Board 11113/97 #12 amended

RULES Tree Trimming In keeping with the primary responsibility of the association which is, "to keep the property in a state of good condition" which may include, "the care of limited common elements and portions of the individual units," "",the cost for carrying out this part of the responsibility is generally not considered a common expense and the costs are borne by the benefiting unit owner or owners (Code 718,111 (3) AND (4) AND CODE 718,113 (1), F,S,), From "The Condominium Concept" by Peter M, Dunbar, Esq, Fundamental to this responsibility is the belief that each owner is responsible for the care and maintenance of his/her own unit. Further, it is believed that the care of trees on said owner's property fall under this statement of responsibility as well as that of the Board of the Association, Therefore the following rule shall apply to all palm trees on unit owner's lots, I, Trees shall be trimmed as needed but not less than once a year, 2, Trimming shall be completed by January 15th of each year. 3, Owners may: a, trim their own tree(s) b, contract privately for the trimming of their trees with a licensedlbonded contractor c. have unit trees trimmed when park trees are trimmed by the contractor engaged by resident manager (Peter), Said arrangements will require signing up and prepayment prior to leaving the park for the season, 4, In the event an owner's tree is not trimmed by January 15, the park manager will make arrangements to have the tree trimmed and the owner will be responsible for the cost. PARK MANAGER, HIS HIRED PERSONNEL AND ALL ELECTED BOARD MEMBERS ARE THE ONLY INSURED DRIVERS OUTSIDE OF PARK PREMISES. THE ABOVE AND GROUNDS CHAIRPERSONS ONLY ARE INSURED WHILE DRIVING ON PARK PROPERTY.
