Prior to shipping, all Alstom boiler access doors are fully assembled and tested in the shop in the vertical upright position to ensure the door opens smoothly and freely. 14 Specialty Access Doors Brickless Door with Trolley Support System When you need the high temperature protection of brick, but don t want the added cost of craft maintenance Alstom s Brickless Door Systems are the solution. The triple layer of insulation maximizes heat protection without the added cost of re-bricking after use. For applications requiring large openings, Alstom s brickless doors are supplied with a support system, that replaces the traditional door hinge to accommodate the increased weight of the insulation and extra spacing.
