Tasked to suppt infmation technology systems and MSM (Microsoft System Management Server) under Section Maintenance Logistics & Simulation. Capable in designing a database f program management AEU using EXCEL, ACCESS and other data in the underlying software. Very good in "Microsoft System Management Server" (MSM) and can keep it full. Very good knowledge in aircraft maintenance documentation using existing software eg. Adam Russell, Helotrac, Logistics Suppt Systems and other related software. Able to supervise and manage subdinates / employees under his control. 2. Responsible in managing NMSC in daily duties, finances and administrative tasks and able to lead a team of developers. 2. Has sound understanding in modelling and simulation processes. 3. Have knowledge in IT professional Certification such as CCNA C++ Maya/3DS Max and others is an advantage. 4. Must be skilled in the delivery of presentation, hosting of clients, customer service and interpersonal skill. 5. Assess and understand user requirements to translate into technical requirements used in developing scenarios and missions f NMSC developers. 6. Have good analytical skills and proficient in writing and speaking in Malay and English. 7. Able to wk under pressure and able to deliver on time. a. Responsible to the Technical Manager and the primary task is to make research on the latest developments in infmation technology appropriate to put fward and implemented in an ganization at the ministry. To provide assistance to members of the technical and system administrats on issues related to Infmation and Communication Technology. 2. 5 2. ASSISTANT ENGINEER SECTION/UNIT= BOLKIAH WORKSHOP, ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC MERG 1. Responsible in completing repairs, under indirect supervision, to component level, on a range of communications and other related equipment s submitted to the wkshop including the inspection, stripping, diagnosis, repair and rebuild. All completed tasks are to be fully tested to ensure that the quality of the repair meets manufactures and RBAF specifications ensuring that all duties are perfmed in line with the wkshop Quality Manual and relevant Standard Operating Procedures. Participating in Ease of Maintenance Assessments (EMA s) on electronic and electrical equipment that may be procured f service use with the RBAF. 2. Must be conversant with electronic communication/mechanical engineering and pri f control systems, telemetry systems, UHF/VHF/HF radio, and electronic supply and distribution systems. He is to have knowledge of perfmance testing, inspections and moniting/recding procedures with 15 years experience in the relevant field. 3. Proven ability to wk in various fields, can wk independently and have a high level of personal initiative. 4. Have the ability to communicate and control technology good infmation. 5. 7 Engineering Unit, Technical Equipment Maintenance Division Royal Brunei Land Fces Calibration Centre 1. ENGINEER (MASS METROLOGIST) SECTION/UNIT= MASS / MECHANICAL LABORATORY 1. Accountable to the Calibration Manager nmally through the Deputy Head of Lab and section head f all the wks in his section and making sure that all the tasks given to him are completed in a timely manner. The applicant must possess measurement knowledge and technical skills using METTLER TOLEDO Weighing System such as Models AT21, AT1003, PR2003 and XP26003L Comparats including the use of Com-Weigh v2.5 and MC-Link Software. Perfms acceptance check on all Mass Standards after they were sent to contract f traceability to make sure that they are acceptable to be used in the labaty. Participate in Inter-Labaty Comparison (ILC) Audit via Traceability (AVT) to check whether the system and technique used f the calibration of Mass instruments are at par with other accredited labaties. He/she must have technical skills to perfm Weights Calibration in accdance with OIML Documentation. Also perfm on-site-calibration of Weighing Machines at customer s premises in accdance with the Labaty s Technical Procedure. He/she must have technical ability to write Mass Calibration Procedure complete with Uncertainty of Measurement. Understand and follow the Calibration Centre s Quality Manual and Quality Procedures. He should be fit to lift a 20kg Standard Weights. 2. Pro-Active, Committed and Dedicated to wk. 3. Knowledge of ISO/IEC is an advantage. 4. Accountable to the Commanding Officer Maintenance in Charge of Naval Engineering f all wk carried out by the department. Shall be responsible on the standard and timely completion of designated wk such as repair, maintenance, overhaul, testing and trials of all relevant equipment in Royal Brunei Navy. 2. Liaises with maintenance managers/heads to communicate and interface with Fleet Engineering, Operation and Project Team. 2. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS The potential candidate must be highly motivated, dynamic with good written skill and IT literate. Ideally have the following profile: Should be medically fit and not me than 50 years old. Should be an engineering Degree holder in relevant field academic qualification of Higher National Diploma (HND) with some wking experience in the job related field. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals from different culture and on all levels.
