3 PHOSBRAZ M60 Manual brazing: CuP Special Pitting EN ISO 3677: B Cu 94 P NF EN 1044: CP203 Alloy with a controlled fluidity, specially made for strong brazing of pitting, pipes and fit up, with large joint gaps. Its low phosphorus content makes it relatively sluggish. Alloy with self-fluxing properties when joining copper to copper. Its low phosphorus content makes it relatively sluggish. This alloy is self-fluxing on red coppers. Polyvalent alloy used for strong copper brazing, with self-fluxing properties when joining copper to copper. It is recommended for capillary brazing of tubes and connections, water heaters, refrigeration systems. Mainly used by plumbers and heating engineers. This alloy with an excellent fluidity has a low melting range. It is recommended when brazing spare parts requires high capillarity. Specially indicated for capillary brazing of miscellaneous tubes and connections with narrow gaps or joints with tight fit-up. 11 PHOSBRAZ 675Sn Manual brazing: CuP with Sn EN ISO 3677: B Cu 86 Sn P NF EN 1044: CP302 Alloy with a high phosphorus and tin content, suitable for copper brazing. Tin (Sn) lowers the melting point, increases fluidity and exhibits good wetting properties. Also offers good corrosion resistance and is non-toxic. Very low temperature need. Its melting range requires a rapid heating cycle to ensure that the elements do not separate through liquation. Excellent fluidity and low melting range. Manual alloy, but it can also be used on work shop for automatic, oven, carousel and induction brazing, with narrow gaps. 25 PHOSBRAZ AG100 Manual brazing: CuP Ag 10% EN ISO 3677: B Cu 84 Ag P NF EN 1044: Adding silver to CuP lowers the liquidus point. This addition also refines the alloy, increasing the brazed joints mechanical characteristics, improving electrical conductivity and increasing ductility. Being more robust at lower operating temperature and thanks to the characteristics mentioned above, this alloy is specially used by electric motor manufacturers, gas water-heaters and refrigeration industry (refrigerators, freezers, compressors). Its excellent and controlled fluidity, together with its low melting temperature give good resistance to cold and vibrations. It is also recommended for delicate works. This addition also refines the alloy, increasing the brazed joints mechanical characteristics, improving electrical conductivity and increasing ductility. Being more robust at lower operating temperature and thanks to its excellent electrical conductivity, this alloy is specially used by electric motor manufacturers, gas water-heaters and refrigeration industry (refrigerators, freezers, compressors). Its good fluidity and its low melting temperature give high ductility and excellent vibration and cold resistance. It is also recommended for delicate works. This polyvalent product, with a controlled fluidity, has self-fluxing properties. 27 PHOSBRAZ PAG60 Manual brazing: CuP Ag 6% Certified A.T.G. EN ISO 3677: B Cu 87 PAg NF EN 1044: CP103 The higher the silver content, the greater the ductility of the brazed joint. This addition also refines the alloy, increasing the brazed joints mechanical characteristics and improving electrical conductivity. This special alloy certified by A.T.G. (French Ministry of Industry) in conjunction with AG FLUX, is recommended for high strength capillary brazing of copper tubes, and eventually copper-brass, used in combustible gas installations. It is indicated for all delicate works when a low temperature is required. - Rods of Ø 2 mm, standard length 500 mm. 28 CUPROX Brazing Alloy EN ISO 3677: B Cu 60 Zn Si NF EN 1044: close to CU304 Cuprox is basically an alloy of copper and zinc with small addition of silicon, nickel and manganese to assist deposition. This brazing alloy is recommended to assembly: steels, cast irons, moulded steels, coppers, bronze, brass, nickel silver, cupro-aluminium, nickel and alloys. Heating can be achieved by induction, torch or by furnace. Most used in lock-smithing and work shops. A flux is necessary. Can be used as bare rods with our Cupro-Flux or Poly-Flux as flux coated rods (standard colour as FC: burnt sienna). - Bare and flux coated rods Ø 1, , mm, standard length 500 mm and 1000mm.
