This system, which communicates directly with our hi-definition and standard plasma burning tables, offers maximum accuracy and efficiency in processing of cut plate orders. COIL CUT-TO-LENGTH Our on-site cut-to-length line provides quick turnaround of coil orders, allows flexibility in sheet/plate lengths and widths (up to 50 feet long, 96" wide & 3/8" thick) minimizes customer material and welding costs. Cut-to-length orders are also available with plastic or paper interleaving, vinyl covering on both sides, and line marking for easy identification. CUT PIECES Order the size and the shape that is needed, not just standard sizes. Complex shapes are cut by computerized plasma and router cutting tables. Carbide blade and abrasive saws are used for cutting thick materials (up to 8" thick). Precision shearing is available for cutting multiple parts to close tolerance. NON-STANDARD PLATE SIZES Automatic splice welding of sheet and plate produces special widths and lengths (up to 40 feet).
