Agents must supply their own air and transfers to and from the ship. Space is limited and capacity controlled. This offer is available to active travel agents and one guest. Silversea reserves the right to move your confirmed suite to a guarantee status, or to transfer your booking to an alternate space-available voyage at any time and without notice. Immediate confirmation on select voyages is subject to change without notice. Travel agents who have not yet experienced a Silversea cruise will be considered a priority for confirmation. Initial requests from new or inactive agencies will be considered, however, further requests will not be honored until full-fare bookings are made by the agency in question. In the event that the request is not confirmed, your deposit will be returned to you within 4 6 weeks from the date that Silversea Cruises denies the request. Bookings are typically confirmed between days prior to sail date. Credit Card payments are accepted for reduced rate bookings. Bookings made through Silversea s Reservations department are ineligible for reduced rates and agents automatically forfeit any benefits and savings related to the Travel Agent Familiarization Programme. The cancellation and rebooking of such a reservation in order to obtain a rate reduction is not permitted. Solicitation of guests while onboard is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disembarkation at the next port of call.
