Technical für parameters Kapitelüberschrift Fixed, variable and volume-based service (1/2) The distribution of your data and video content can be provided with a fixed data rate, with a variable data rate and as a volume-based service: Fixed data rate MEDIA BROADCAST provides a fixed data rate for the distribution 24h/7d with a data rate of minimum 128 kbps, 256 kbps up to 512 kbps, 1 mbps and multiple of 1 mbps. This is the solution for a request for continuous data and video content distribution. Seite 11

The variable data rate is defined as burst value. MEDIA BROADCAST ensures: a variable data rate of 128 kbps but a distribution of minimum 0.2 gbytes/day a variable data rate of 256 kbps but a distribution of minimum 0.4 gbytes/day a variable data rate of 512 kbps but a distribution of minimum 0.8 gbytes/day a variable data rate of 1 mbps but a distribution of minimum 1.5 gbytes/day and multiple of 1 mbps. The maximum variable data rate is limited to 5 mbps. This is the solution for data and video content distribution without strong time constraints. Volume based service MEDIA BROADCAST provides the data distribution on a per mbyte basis. MEDIA BROADCAST cares for a distribution of minimum 1.5 gbytes/day.
