3 Instantly retrieve the correct video data By combining our Video Security app and Intelligent Video Analysis (IVA) you can conduct forensic searches on recorded video from anywhere at any time. This enables you to quickly retrieve the relevant images from hours of stored video. It also helps you to focus on possible suspicious events, even when offsite. The Video Security app, available for both ios and Android devices, also allows you to scroll through various camera locations with a single swipe. You have complete control of all cameras including pan, tilt, zoom and focus functions. Try out its intuitive user interface and motion controls - when you move your mobile device, your cameras will move in sync.

4 Focus on details without losing the bigger picture Easily browse or search through your recordings and view the images in high definition resolution whenever the video is paused. Regions of Interest (ROI) support allows you to zoom into certain areas of the full image when viewing live or recorded video. The closeup ROI images are transmitted in a separate stream so you can simultaneously view both overview and detail. This helps you focus on details without losing the big picture. How it works Dynamic Transcoding technology automatically tailors your high resolution video stream to the available bandwidth without compromising video quality. All information, like original resolution and frame rate, is retained, regardless of the available bandwidth. This offers you smooth video streaming from anywhere and enables you to easily identify suspicious or interesting events. When an event is identified, press pause to instantly display the HD image with the fine level of detail you need.

5 Dynamic Transcoding includes 3 important stages: Highly-efficient compression and encoding of the HD bitrate stream at the camera, Storage of the compressed data, Subsequent decoding and re-encoding of the data to a lower bitrate stream tailored to the bandwidth of the connection. The lower bitrate stream can be accessed immediately from the hard drive via a limited bandwidth connection for real time viewing in low resolution (smooth video), or retrieved later for recorded video viewing. When the video is paused, data associated with the frozen frame is transmitted instantly to reconstruct a high definition image of the scene. Adaptive Bit Rate encoding enables viewing from remote sites and via wireless connections to mobile clients. Transcoded video can be displayed on the Video Security app, on a PC using a Web browser, in the Bosch Video Management System, or it can be integrated into another video management system.
