3 1. INTRODUCTION SegPay s new online admin interface, SegPay Suite, has an updated version of sub user management than our previous admin. The new functionality will make it more flexible for you to add other admin accounts for your staff or partners. One of the key new features is the ability for you to create a login and then control which websites you want that user to have access to In addition, SegPay has pre-created 7 templates for different role types such as Merchant Admin, Merchant Manager, Merchant Tech and a few others which will make it easy for you to grant access without having to configure every detail of their account. They are all detailed in the next section of this document as well as how to create, edit and manage your sub users. If you have any questions about this feature, please contact techsupport@segpay.com or SegPay Account Director. 2. ROLES The Suite Login provides seven (7) Roles. As the Administrator you can use these roles to give different kind levels of access to the users. The Access will typically depend of the role of each person in your organizations plays. 2.1 MERCHANTADMIN With this role (as System administrator), you have a Full Account Access, and you will be Able to create sub users. Under the Full access Account, you have the following.applications and information available. a. Admin Application: Management of account items such as merchant info, price points, websites, postbacks and packages. b. Sub User Manager: Adding and Editing sub users on your account. c. Customer Service: Management of customer service items such Consumer Purchases, Multiple Reversals and URLs information. d. Reporting Application: Management of different reports such as Transactions, Sales, Postbacks, Financials, Configurations, and Compliances. e. Finance Application: Management of banking and funds configuration for payout PAGE 3 OF 9

4 2.2 MERCHANT MANAGER This role is an exact copy of the Merchant Admin except for two things, Read only for Merchant Info Screen and Read only for Post backs. 2.3 MERCHANT FINANCE This role can view the Reporting Application, managing different reports such as Transactions, Sales, Financials, Configurations, and Compliances. They can also view the Finance Application which allow them to manage of banking and funds configuration for payout 2.4 MERCHANT TECH This Role can view the following Applications MerchantAdmin, Reporting, and Customer Service. Cannot edit merchant info, CS access will be REP level a. Admin Application, Management of account items such as price points, websites, postbacks and packages. b. Sub User Manager: Viewing and editing sub users on your account. c. Customer Service: management of customer service items such Consumer Purchases, Multiple Reversals and URLs information. f. Reporting Application, Management different reports such as Transactions, Sales, Postbacks, Configurations 2.5 MERCHANT CS MANAGER This role has full client access to the Customer Service Application a. Sub User Manager: Adding and editing Sub Users on your account. b. Customer Service: Management of customer service items such Consumer Purchases, Multiple Reversals and URLs information. 2.6 MERCHANT CS REP This role will have limited access to the CS application a. Customer Service: Management of customer service items such Consumer Purchases and URLs information. 2.7 MERCHANT FRAUD This role will have full access to the Client level Fraud application a. Customer Service: Management of customer service items such Consumer Purchases, Multiple Reversals and URLs information. b. Reporting Application: Management different reports such as Transactions, Sales, Configurations, and Compliances. PAGE 4 OF 9

USER MANAGEMENT This feature provides the administrator the ability to manage the user list, create login to the users, unlock login, change password to the user, to block user, assigning accounts to the user, assigning URLs to the user. Steps to go to the User Management under the Segpay Suite 1- Click on Merchant Set up option. 2- Click on Sub User Management option. 3- Click on User Management option. PAGE 5 OF 9

6 3.1 CREATING A NEW SUITE LOGIN You can create a new Suite Login for a new user following the steps below. a) Click Merchant Setup option. b) Click on Sub User management. c) Click on User management option. d) Under User Management Option Section, Click on the Second button or Icon, with this button, you will add a new user. 7 e) Type Username, Password, Address, Password Question and Password Security Answer. f) Click on The green button. Click here, after fill out the form g) The new user will appear under the user list. Usually it is the last one in the list, if not you can use the search button (it is the first button located in the top of the screen). a. Note: In User Seach box, you can search the user seaching by Username and . PAGE 7 OF 9

8 h) Click on the User name found it under User list, and the User account information will appear. i) Check the box next to Can Login and click on the Save button (It is a Floppy disk image). j) Under the Assigned Roles, Select MerchantdAdmin and Merchant Manager (Hold Ctrl Key for that action). k) Click on Save button (It is a Floppy disk image). l) Click on User Accounts tab. m) Type the Merchant ID # on Filter input box (if it is necessary) and click in the Filter icon. n) Select the Merchant account appearing in the list. o) Click on first blue arrow to assign the account to select user. a. Note: In case you need to remove any merchant Account already assigned, you can select from the list and click on the blue arrow pointing to the left. p) Click on User URLs tab. q) Click on the URL s appearing in the list Available URLS (to select all of them, just click in the first, press the Shift key on your keyboard hold it and click in the last URL), and click on the first blue arrow or arrow pointing to the to Assigned URLs to list. 9 3.1.1 UNLOCKING USER Sometimes the user can be locked out of the Suite for different reasons; the most common reason is when the user tries to access the system and type the user name or password wrong several times, for security, reason the system will lock this credentials. Please follow the below steps to unblock the user. a) Click Merchant Setup option. b) Click on Sub user management. c) Click on User management option. d) Under User Management Option Section, Click on the firsts button or Icon to Search the username. e) In Username input box type the Username to be unlocked. a. Note: In User Seach box, you can seach the user searching by Username or . f) Click on The green button. g) The username will appear under the User list, usually is the last username in the list. h) Click on the User name, and the User account information will appear. i) Check the box next to Can Login and click on the Unlock button (It is next to the Save button it is represented by the Floppy disk image).
