1 Introduction RP CRM - Listing Upload Are you tired of re-typing your listing to submit them to multiple listing web sites? RP Data can now help by providing you the RP CRM - Listing Upload to help you upload to four of Australia s most popular listing sites RP CRM lets you upload to the following sites from one central location: Realestate.com.au Domain.com.au Myhome.com.au Rent.com.au Benefits of using RP CRM Just One Portal Simplify your daily workflow by managing your For Sale and For Rent listings to Australia s leading real estate listing sites from one central location. Single Sign-On Our simple and easy to use interface helps to streamline your daily workflow by logging you into the listing sites as you require. This means you no longer need to remember multiple logons. We log you in from RP CRM. All listings are categorised and are easily maintained via the above reporting options. Agent Admin Login allows a direct connection to the members area of each listing web site. Getting Started To get started, all that you need to do is to log in to our professional services portal and start using RP CRM to manage your For Sale and For Rent listings all from the one location. RP CRM is complimentary if you are subscribed to RPData s Professional or Premium packages. If you are subscribed to our Essentials package then RP CRM will cost $5.50 per week. Manage all your listings in the one location We keep it simple. Rather than navigate through multiple screens on listing web sites listings sites, we have six basic categories. We let you manage: For Sale Stock Rental Stock Review Sold Review Leased Review Withdrawn Bulk Upload your listings. Getting Started Guide RP CRM Page 1 of 6
2 Manage Portal Account Introduction The Manage Portal Account section of RP CRM allows the administrator to configure the Auto Login feature to each of the real estate listing portals. Edit Your Details If any of your details are incorrect, then please update then using the New Details form on the right hand side of the screen. (See Below). You choose the listing sites that you are subscribed to and add your username and password for each. Your agents will then be able to Auto Login. Setup Towards the top right hand corner of the screen, you will notice the addition of the My CRM menu item. Under RP CRM click Manage Portal Account (See below). Next, you will be taken to the Portal Account Administration page which contains several forms allowing you to maintain your account details with RPData and add listing portal logons. 3 Manage Portal Account (Cont d) Add New Portal Account So that we can auto log you in to the various listing portals, you will need to supply your username and password in the Add New Portal Account section. Scroll down the page to the Add New Portal Account form. (See below) Select each listing site from the Select Portal drop down Type your Username and Password. Click the <Add Portal> button Update Your CMA Details The Portal Account Administration page also allows you to update your office logo and agent photo so that any Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) you generate within RPData can be branded with your corporate identity. Update Or Change Payment Method. The Portal Account Administration page also allows you to update your payment methods. The Credit Card authority and Direct Debit forms can be easily downloaded from this section. Authorisation Depending on the listing site that you are subscribed to, you may be required to setup authorisation to use RP Data as your listing provider. You will find the required forms in the Portal Authorisation Forms section. (See below) Getting Started Guide RP CRM Page 3 of 6
4 Auto Login Auto login helps to streamline your daily workflow by logging you into the listing sites as you require. This means you no longer need to remember multiple logons. We log you in from RP CRM. (See below). Next you will see your page of listings Add a New Listing The For Sale Stock and Rental Stock tabs at the top of the screen opens to a drop down menu enabling to either Review stock or Add New stock. Clicking Add New loads the Listing Details screen. Viewing Listing The Listings Upload Page can be opened either by clicking the <all listings> button on the Member Services page or from the top grey Listings Upload option located on the RP CRM navigation menu. (See below). Note: Fields marked with * are mandatory fields that must be filled in. Or. Getting Started Guide RP CRM Page 4 of 6
5 Listing Details Adding a Listing when viewing a Property Report. When viewing a property report, you can now also list the property. (See below). Click the Listing Upload menu item A listing window will pop up Choose whether to list For Sale or Rent/Lease Click the <Continue> button You can selectively choose the portal you wish to upload to by ticking the box next to the designated portal. Remove a listing Should you wish to remove a listing from a portal previously selected, please remove the tick and proceed to save your changes. Adding / Editing Images Fields designated with an asterix (*) are mandatory to complete. Click the <Save and Add/Modify Photo> button to continue. The next step is to upload your images. The Images should be in JPG file format and you can upload a maximum of 26 images per listing. Finally click Finish and Review Listings to upload your listing! 6 Maintaining a Listing Sort orders are triggered by headers and can be selected by clicking on the orange drop down arrows. Search For a Listing A listing can be located if the property ID is known. Enter the property ID Click the <Search> button Edit a Listing The listing information and photos can be edited by clicking on the links (see below). For example, to Withdraw a listing, click on the Edit link on the property you wish to withdraw and change the Status. (See below). Getting Started Guide RP CRM Page 6 of 6
