3 EXPERIENCE RECENT ACQUISITIONS... Wishrock develops and invests in affordable housing proper es na onwide. Collec vely, our principals have developed or redeveloped over 11,000 units of affordable apartment housing since the early 70 s. In the past 18 months Wishrock has acquired or developed over $220MM of affordable housing across 10 states and not re-traded on any contractual obliga ons. ACQUISITION STRATEGIES Timbercro Apartments in Bal more, MD houses 288 units. A LIHPRHA project with project-based Sec on 8. Wishrock specializes in acquiring exis ng affordable and workforce housing complexes by leveraging tax credits or private capital with government backed debt, grants or other so funding sources. Levels of rehabilita on vary depending upon the physical needs and acquisi on strategy. PRESERVATION & SOCIAL IMPACT Wishrock s primary focus is on preserving quality affordable housing for low-income and working-class residents; we have never taken a project through the qualified contract process or removed a subsidized rent contract. Wishrock takes pride in maintaining high quality proper es and improving the lives of the individuals and families that reside there. Our residence service programs are augmented and par ally subsidized by our affiliated non-profit partners, and while some resident service coordina on posi ons are funded through grants, more typically they are funded voluntarily by Wishrock through a project s surplus cash flow Falcon Crest Apartments in Bal more, MD houses 396 market-rate units func oning as workforce housing Harbison Gardens Apartments in Columbia, SC houses 180 units. A 4% tax credit and bond transac on. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE Our affiliated property management company, Preserva on Management, Inc. (PMI), manages a por olio of over 10,000 units in 18 states. With over 350 dedicated employees, they have been providing management and resident services at affordable housing proper es for more than 17 years Concord Gardens Apartments in Concord, NH houses 300 units. 4 L y n d e l J. W i s h c a m p e r, C h a i r m a n Joe has been engaged in real estate development for the past 40 years, and has developed over 11,000 units of housing in fi een states. He is responsible for the business development and the formula on of the company s investment strategy. Joe is na onally recognized as a leader in the field of affordable housing. He is experienced in new construc on, renova on, rural development, urban development, commercial, and mixed-use development. He is an ac ve par cipant in several industry groups that work to shape na onal policy on affordable housing. Joe has received numerous awards in recogni on of his professional, civic and philanthropic involvement. He is Chairman of Wishrock Investment Group, President of Wishcamper Proper es, President of Housing Resources Corpora on, and an owner of The Wishcamper Group. He is also an owner of Preserva on Management, Inc., an affiliated property management company that manages a por on of the Wishrock por olio. He is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Law School.

5 R i c k L. W i s h c a m p e r, P r e s i d e n t As ac ng President, Rick oversees the development and execu on of Wishrock s primary lines of business and partnerships. He also specializes in combining complex and diverse capital sources and working with local stakeholders and investors to structure crea ve capital stacks and deal opportuni es. Most recently, Rick succeeded in layering together HUD financing, Neighborhood Stabiliza on Funds and Replacement Public Housing funds to create 115 units of new affordable housing in Montana. He also u lized the Neighborhood Stabiliza on Funds program in Mississippi to completely renovate 100 units of HUD foreclosed Sec on 8 housing. Prior to working in the field of real estate development, Rick taught entrepreneurship and strategic management at the University of Montana School of Business. He currently serves on the boards of several Missoula non-profit organiza ons, including the Missoula Family YMCA, the Garden City Harvest and the Mayor s Council on Affordable Housing, where he is leading a funding campaign to build a new homeless shelter for the city. Rick holds a bachelor's degree in human ecology from the College of the Atlan c, a Master's in Business from The University of Montana, and a Master's in Fine Arts from New England College.

S h u m w a y, D i r e c t o r o f O p e r a t i o n s As Director of Opera ons, Bryan is in charge of ensuring all acquisi ons receive independent analysis and overseeing Wishrock s Investment Commi ee which evaluates feasibility prior to the end of due-diligence and loan commitment. He also serves as a project manager on Wishrock s more complex transac ons, assists in sourcing new acquisi ons, and is a recognized leader in the field of affordable housing. Before he entered the field of affordable housing, Bryan used his training in Economics and Sta s cs to perform complex financial and economic analysis of regulatory issues at a Washington, DC-based consul ng firm. He then con nued his interest in regulatory ma ers at MIT where he earned two masters degrees: one in City Planning (MCP) and one in Real Estate Development (MSRED). Bryan serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Community Housing of Maine, Inc. (CHOM), a Portlandbased non-profit that develops housing for social services providers, and is a member of the Urban Land Ins tute (ULI). He is also the past Co-Chair of the MIT/CRE New Visions Campaign and a former faculty member of the CityVision program at the Na onal Building Museum in Washington, DC. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester and the MIT School of Architecture & Planning.

M e t c a l f, D i r e c t o r o f A c q u i s i t i o n s As Director of Acquisi ons, Jus n is tasked with sourcing, underwri ng and nego a ng the acquisi on of new investment and development opportuni es. He also plays a senior role in determining the business plan for each investment, evalua ng debt and equity proposals, and selec on of the development teams. Jus n specializes in finding value in overlooked assets and structuring complex transac ons of various types of affordable housing na onwide. In 2012, Jus n structured the acquisi on and financing of over $200M of affordable housing for the purposes of re-syndica on and long-term hold. Before working in real estate development, Jus n served as the financial advisor for new business development at the Montana World Trade Center where he was tasked to measure the financial feasibility, community value-add and job-growth poten al of businesses under review for various subsidized funding packages in Montana. Jus n is currently a member and Paul Harris Fellow of the Missoula Sunrise Rotary and serves on the board of the Missoula Symphony and Missoula Avalanche Founda on. He donates his financial feasibility and modeling exper- se to startup and small businesses through the local SBA, Missoula Community Development Corpora on and other local non-profits. Jus n holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from the University of Montana.

8 K i m b e r l y K i m B r i d g h a m, C F O Kimberly Kim Bridgham, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer and provides insight and recommenda ons for op mizing financial resources, liquidity and cash flows, and together with the finance and accoun ng team maintains the integrity and meliness of financial compliance and repor ng. Prior to joining Wishrock, Kim served as a Vice President in Finance & Strategy for Hannaford Bros. Co. and its Belgian parent company, Delhaize Group. Kim was a member of the senior strategy team for the mul na onal company, played a lead role in merger, acquisi on and dives ture ac- vity in Europe and more recently held the posi on of Treasurer and VP of Investment Analysis at Hannaford in the US. Kim currently serves on the Board of Trustees for The Kids First Center. Previous board involvement includes the Scarborough Soccer Club, Scarborough Chamber of Commerce and Maine Arts. Kim is a CPA with 7 years of audit experience with KPMG. She is a graduate of the University of Maine and holds a Masters in Public Policy & Management from the Muskie Ins tute of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine.
