We also provide Live sales training 3 times per week to our associates which cannot be learned by reading a book. This training is second to none when our associates need to polish their own skill and methods. We also provide new agent training, lead management training, webinar sales training our custom web platforms designed for our agents to use with minimal intrusion on the agent and/or consumer. This program is also designed and proprietary by NIA, second to none in the industry.

7 6 Agent Service Personnel NIA s home offices has a full staff of agent service personnel waiting and available everyday to answer questions, assistance with questions from product knowledge, system navigation and many other services all with the goal of getting applications issued. At the end of the day, if our agents are not paid every day, we all lose. I began working with American National in 1990 in the underwriting department and moved to health sales in With that said, I have learned insurance through and through from both sides of the plate, home office to sales.
