1 CPIM Review Program APICS ( offers their CPIM Certified In Production and Inventory Management program to supply chain professionals. Since 1974, more than 60,000 SCM professionals have received this designation and is recognized worldwide as the measurement criterion for professional competence in manufacturing and control. In the CPIM program, participants learn to improve all functional areas of the enterprise. Employees build their skills and knowledge in materials management, while companies build leadership and increase profitability. The primary purpose of this certificate program is to prepare you to sit and pass the five CPIM exams which are divided into five modules as detailed below: (1) Basics In Supply Chain Management (BSCM) (2) Master Planning Of Resources (MPR) (3) Detailed Scheduling And Planning (DSP) (4) Execution And Control Of Operations (ECO) (5) Strategic Management Of Resources (SMR) CPIM also teaches employees critical skills in design, operations, and control systems. These learned skills include: A. Accurate forecasting for streamlined operations B. Enhanced supply chain management C. Just-In-Time delivery of products and services D. Getting maximum performance from systems and technologies. This program will incorporate key educational points (CPIM Alerts), case studies, simulated exam questions with both question and answer methodologies and comprehensive reviews to prepare you to sit and pass the exams. At the end of each module, you will be presented with a comprehensive, simulated exam to gauge your preparedness for the actual exam.
