2 Around 100,000 people in the UK live with multiple sclerosis. Your helping us make a difference! MS UK is a national charity dedicated to empowering people with multiple sclerosis to live life to the full. Multiple Sclerosis (MS) affects the central nervous system the brain and the spinal cord leading to loss of sensation and/or movement over time. Not everyone is affected in the same way. We are here to make sure that each person has choice, control and independence. 3 What your money can do for MS-UK! This will pay for five copies of our newly diagnosed booklet 80 This would pay for a Wellness Coach to provide specialised support for one afternoon 150 This is the cost of ten complimentary subscriptions to our New Pathways magazine for people who cannot afford it 425 This would pay for our Wellness Centre, Josephs Court, to run for a day 2,250 This is the cost of running the national MS UK Helpline for a whole week!

4 Activity ideas! Awareness activities Hi there! I m looking for your help with some bear illiant activities at your school. Your mission is to help me spread the word about multiple sclerosis, and support the charity MS UK! Here are a few ideas to get you started! Let s go wild! The great Myles bake off Get creative and take part in a baking class using our bear themed recipes or you can create your own! This is the perfect chance to show off your cooking skills. Remember to learn about what Myles and his bear friends like to eat! We will send you a recipe sheet with lots of ideas, stickers and balloons and of course a mini Myles bear if you choose this activity. Teddy bear's picnic Bring in your favourite teddy to join Myles for a special teddy bear's picnic. We will send you some picnic plates, stickers and balloons and a mini Myles bear if you choose this activity!

5 Activity Ideas! Fundraising activities Go Wild dressed as Myles Take part in a sponsored bear fancy dress day and raise money for MS UK! Whether you're Winnie the Pooh or Paddington Bear, we hope you have lots of fun dressing up! We'll send you some special bear ears, stickers and balloons and a mini Myles bear if you choose this activity. Get arty with Myles Design your own poster by giving Myles a friend! You can invite everyone to a show of all your posters, and charge a small entrance fee to raise money for MS UK. We will send you a poster template, stickers and balloons and a mini Myles bear if you choose this activity. Bear race Organise a bear race with your class around the school and ask friends and family to sponsor you! Why not spice things up by creating some obstacles? We'll send you some rapper clappers, bear ears, stickers and balloons and of course a mini Myles bear if if you choose this activity!
