1 Front of House Hospitality & Events Uniform: Where to Buy The uniform below is explained in detail for your benefit: Please note: Uniform must match the picture description, as alternatives will not be accepted. You can buy your uniform from various outlets. 2 What Uniform? Please note: For some clients there are different uniform requirements depending on the role. Please take careful note of these. Formal Long sleeved shirt: These must be plain black/ plain white formal shirts with no designs, stripes or patterns, we also prefer them to have no pockets. Shirts must be plain cotton and must have matching buttons. Black shirts must have matching black buttons and white shirts must have matching white buttons Shirts must have buttons to the top and the top button must be done up at all times so please make sure that you have enough neck space for comfort. Shirts must fully tuck into your trousers and may not hang loose and must fit your body proportion please no baggy or loose hanging shirts. Shirts must always be ironed and have no creases at any time. Shirts must be long sleeved and the length of your arm but not over your hands. No other alternatives will be accepted. Black Waistcoat Plain black waistcoats must fit your body proportion and must be completely plain black (including the interior). Please try your waistcoat before you buy as they cannot be baggy and loose hanging around the shoulders. Buttons must be black. The image on the right is exactly what we are looking for the item must have 5 buttons no more or less.

3 Black Formal Trousers: These must be plain black cotton trousers, straight cut not boot leg, or flare at the hem. Black formal trousers must not have any pattern or design, and must have the facility to wear a belt a belt is compulsory when wearing black formal trousers. Black formal trousers must have pockets to keep general items. Please ensure that black formal trousers are not baggy. The picture to the left is a clear indication of what we are looking for. Please make sure the trouser length is not too long as stepping on the seam will cause rip and tear. We do not allow cuffs to keep trousers up so please ensure the trousers do not touch the sole of your shoes. No Jeans, no leggings only formal professional cotton trousers are allowed: Note: The above trousers are the same trousers regardless of gender Black Pencil Skirt (LADIES ONLY): Black pencil skirts must be figure hugging these are formal professional office wear skirts, with no patterns no design, no frills, with a straight cut seam. Pencil skirts are high waist however please make sure they are knee length no longer or shorter. Pencil skirts only have one slit at the back. Preferably we would like pencil skirts with neat pockets however this is not essential.

4 Black or White T Shirt: Black T shirts must be plain with no labels, no design and must be round neck. Please ensure that the t-shirt is plain cotton and has no branding. Please see illustration below: Black Socks Plain black cotton socks are required to be worn every time trousers are worn black cotton socks must be plain with no design or pattern. Black 15 Denier Stockings (LADIES ONLY): A pair of 15 denier (thickness) stockings please make sure you always bring an extra pair along on shift as they are very thin and have a tendency to tear very easily and needs to be ladder free: Black 40 Denier Stockings (LADIES ONLY) A pair of 40 denier (thickness) stockings please make sure you always bring an extra pair along on shift as they are very thin and have a tendency to tear very easily and needs to be ladder free:

5 Black formal shoes (GENTLEMEN ONLY): Black formal shoes must be plain black with no patterns buckles, no design or print. Must be polish-able material and must have laces. Please note formal flat shoes with no laces will not be accepted and will not be allowed to be worn on shifts. The picture below will show you exactly what you are looking for. Please note we do not accept boots, also no trainers, no doc martins, no converse etc. Patent leather is not acceptable. Black formal Ladies flat shoes (LADIES ONLY): Black formal Ladies shoes must be formal closed and protect your entire foot. These must be like school shoes. Please note there must be no patterns, no design, no laces, no buckles, completely plain black formal shoes, with rubber soles. The material must be able to be polished. Please note no trainers, no boots, not doc martins etc. No patent leather. The only acceptable ladies formal flat shoes are the ones shown in the picture below: Please note no other alternatives will be accepted ladies shoes have no laces. Black Court Shoes (LADIES ONLY): Black Court shoes need to be a minimal of 4 cm in height. Please note that court shoes need to be plain black with no patterns no design, no buckle, no strap, must be material that can be polished. The heel must be thick so please no stilettos. Please see the picture below we are very strict on court shoes and they need to look exactly like the picture below no other options will be allowed: Black Tie Black formal professional ties must NOT be skinny. Only black formal professional full ties must be worn. Ties must have no patterns no design, must be plain black cotton ties. These can be purchased from Denny s as they have the exact ones we are looking for. Please make sure that you do not buy clip ons supervisors will help you to tie the black ties. Again no skinny or thin ties are allowed fat ties only.

6 Black Bow Tie: Black bow tie must be clip on please do not purchase bow ties that need to be made. Clip on bow ties can be purchased at Denny s and they have the exact ones we are looking for no patterns, no design and plain black of cotton material. Black Belt Black Leather belt must be worn with formal trousers. Black Belts must have a plain buckle with no patterns or designs. Please see the picture to confirm what we are looking for: Lighter: Lighters are to be plain and non offensive a lighter is required for every shift and is not optional: Waiter s Friend: A waiter s friend must be with you for every shift only a basic waiter s friend is required these can be purchased at Denny s. Please note only a blade, corkscrew and bottle opener are required on a waiter s friend no other gadgets are essential: Pen: A pen is to be plain and non offensive a pen is required for every shift: Paper: A small notepad is required to take down notes this is essential for every shift:
