Smart Concrete Company Limited Smart Concrete Company Limited was named Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Product Company which was established in January with 350,000,000 Baht of Capital Investment. Sale Office is on 947/144 Bangna Trad Road, Bangna, Bangkok and the factory is on 11 moo. 1 Nhong- Irun, Banbung, Chonburi, The factory is on 158,400 sq.m. At the beginning, our product brand name is Smart Block which can be produced with 680 cubic meters / day or about 3 million sq.m. per year. Our product is produced by CSB technology with the most perfect and latest technology from Germany. As a result, strength, endurability, lightweight qualities can be reliable. Besides, our technical service team is ready to serve our customers. Getting to Know We are the non-stop develop company in order to help our customers working life easier. Our research and development team bring together Advantage of Interlocking Block production technology which is easy construction and advantage of Lightweight Concrete Block production technology which give a lightweight quality and strength quality in order to produce the Smart i Block which is our innovation wall structure for your house. In order to give a light weight quality and 3 times higher compressive strength than normal block, we seriously control temperature and pressure in our autoclaving process. Moreover, because of its feature with tongue and groove, is able to be installed in vertical and horizon without any needs to use mortar each block. The block can be put on the top of another block and pour sand cement mortar into its groove. Therefore, installation can be done easily without any needs for special skill labor. Product Feature Sample Product Feature Smart i Block 7.5 x 10 x 30 cm Smart i Block 7.5 x 10 x 15 cm (half block) Other product features are U Block, Half U block, top leveling block, and side leveling block for the work that need decoration. 4 Reason for Easy to work with Because of its tongue and groove, it helps the users work easier. The first layer should have the right level. Then the second block can be put over the first layer block. Also, cement and sand mix with the ratio of 1 : 2 and make it in liquid condition. After finish mixing, the mortar can be pour into groove on the wall. As a result, the house s owner will have a beautiful and nice looking fence. Lintel unnecessary Because its compressive strength is about ksc and installation technique, it makes your work easier. When installation is on the layer that needs to install window frame and door frame, sand mortar can be applied to adjust the surface and put immediately the window frame or door frame. Easy plastering For plastering, Smart i block can be applied with normal plastering cement which there is no need for any special skill. Beauty with block s surface Because the product has a very nice shape corner, Smart i block is able to show the surface without plastering. Furthermore, the block can be paint without plastering. Strength With autoclaving technology which is controlled for the right temperature and right pressure, Smart i block is 30 percent lighter than other interlock block. The compressive strength is about ksc meanwhile other clay brick is 35 ksc while load bearing block wall standard compressive is 70 ksc. Environmental friendly Our production process does not produce any harm to environment and does not produce carbon dioxide. Better product for ascent of living 4

Sand stone artificial stone Fiber cement decorative wall decorative wall decorative wall material THB / sq.m labor cost for installation THB / sq.m material for plastering THB / sq.m labor cost for plastering THB / sq.m decorative material THB / sq.m labor cost for decorative material THB / sq.m Total THB / sq.m NOTE : 1. The wall with one side plastering Comparison between and other decorative material Other decorative material - cheaper than other decorative material - higher price - less time consumption in installation - take much installlation time - non special skill worker - require special skill labor which is difficult to find - every block has good dimenson so it is easy - hard to control quality of work to work - beautiful sharp corner - hard to repair - paintable and plaster - hard to change the shape or pattern Better product for ascent of living 5
Installation methodology Smart i block has tongue and groove feature. Smart i block is to turnover the block upside down. In other words, the groove should be on the top and turn the tongue to the bottom. This will help the installation easier and decrease the leak. As a result, it makes the work easier. Normal wall installation case Smart i Block is a normal decorative wall material. At the bottom part, sand mortar need to be applied in order to adjust the leveling. Then the blocks can be put on the top until it is 5 layer height and pour sand mortar into the hole ( pouring water before in order to decrease water absorption) Mixing 1 cement : 2 sand ratio with water / cement ratio (W / C) (until it is liquid) Sand cement pouring should be below the top level of the top block so that it will be easy to put the next block in the next layer. If the sand cement leak out, dry sand can be applied on the leaking area because dry sand will absorb the water until the leakage will be stopped. For every 50 centimeters height, 6 mm steel needs to be applied and let it come out off the concrete column so the block will be able to hold on to concrete column. Another 6 mm steel should be applied in a vertical and let it come out centimeters which is the same in other material installation. For the horizontal installation, the two edge on the groove part need to be broken so that tie bar will be applied on wall. Tie bar steel 6 mm. Better product for ascent of living 6
Installation without holding on Concrete Column It is similar to other kinds of wall installation. The different is reinforced steel. In other words, this reinforced steel needs to be hold onto the ground instead of holding on to a concrete column. This 6 mm. reinforced should be uses every 90 cm. The reinforced steel position needs to be identified. The steel should not be the same height with the wall height because it will make the work harder but the reinforced steel should use 1 meter. Then next reinforced steel connects the first steel by lap joint. Door Frame and Window Frame Installation When window frame need to be installed, Smart i Block (U - block) should be applied from one concrete column to another concrete column and horizontally reinforced 9 mm. steel at all the wall length. This reinforced steel must be held to the both wall column and applies sand cement on its grooves. Then window frame can be done as normal. Horizontal reinforced steel will function as lintel and installation can be continued until the top of the window frame. On the top of the window frame, the installation will be done similarly with the window frame bottom. However, both two sides of window frame should applied 6 mm steel in order to increase the strength. This installation method can be applied both window frame and door frame 9 mm reinforced steel 6 mm reinforced steel 9 mm reinforced steel Window Frame Door Frame Better product for ascent of living 7
Large Wall Installation To increase the strength of the wall 1. For the wall which is higher than 2.5 meter, U block must be applied and reinforced with 9 mm steel at least one column. 2. For the wall that is longer than 3 meters, 6 mm reinforced steel should be applied all the length at least one row. 6 mm reinforced steel 9 mm reinforced steel Underneath House Beam To install under the beam, 20 centimeters gap should be left in order to pour easily liquid mortar. For the two last layer, U block should be applied until it full. Then installation is similar to normal installation method. U block Better product for ascent of living 8
Plaster It can be done as same as normal plaster Painting Normal wall paint can be applied Nailing and Cutting Smart i block can be nailed and cut with normal tools. Hanging Smart i block can be nail and hammer and hang which is similar to other construction material. Electrical Installation Electrical wire can be insert through tongue hole to the position that is needed. Water system Installation For the case that need to put a large water pipe line, the product can be cut and gouge as your desire. Better product for ascent of living 9
